There is also a full bath (with shower) off the pool deck downstairs. That is the 3rd bath. King in the master bedroom, King in the 1st guest bedroom. The 2nd guest bedroom has a bunk style bed with a full size mattress on the bottom and a twin on the top. The bottom also opens up (as a trundle bed) and has another twin. Pull out couch in the living room. Lots of peaceful sitting area’s…one on the deck overlooking the canal, one on the street side (which is screened) overlooking the golf course….and an adorable quiet spot in between the kids bedroom and the main living area. Walking or biking distance to shops, groceries and restaurants in a VERY quiet setting. Just a short bike or car ride to wonderful Sombrero Beach (2 miles away). Introductory rates starting at: $2400/wk with all holidays $2700/wk… Starting with $8,000.00 for a 4 week stay $500 refundable damage deposit, $250 cleaning, $50 booking fee and 12.5% taxes.
