Sailfish Villa, unit #6, is a brand new gorgeous, professionally decorated 5 bedroom 4 bath Villa with open water views on Vaca Cut! Enjoy sunrise and sunset colors and direct ocean and Gulf access! It has a private pool (can be heated for a fee of $ 125/7 days) and boat slip for a boat up to 35' including motors. There is no additional charge to use the dock/boat slip and there is parking for your trailer on a first come, first serve basis.

Sailfish Villa with its modern coastal feel has 2293 square feet of living area and features a large master suite with a King bed, en suite bath, walk-in closet and private balcony. There is a Junior master on the main level also with a king size bed and en suite bath. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms have queen size beds and the 5th bedroom has a set of bunks with a trundle underneath to sleep 3. The living room sofa has a queen pull-out couch! There are 6 TVs (the living room has cable, the others are hooked up for Netflix, Hulu, etc.). Designated high-speed wireless internet throughout the home. There is a maximum of 12, including all children, allowed by the City of Marathon.

The kitchen is stocked with everything you need including extras such as an air fryer, a crockpot, fondue pot, tools for BBQ grill, and dishes. We provide all bed linens, bath, and pool towels. There is a Weber gas grill. We have adult and children's board games, a high chair and a Pack n Play.

There are many fun outdoor games, beach bicycles, 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, a ping pong table, corn hole, children's fishing rods, beach chairs and umbrella, life vests, and an outdoor shower by the pool and a hammock!

The pool can be heated for a fee of $125 per week (prorated for longer stays).

Due to the movement of the tides, we recommend experienced boaters only. Please see the video for best docking practice:

Area Information

Marathon is centrally located in the Keys, only 40 minutes from Islamorada and an hour from Key West. Coco Plum Beach is 2.4 miles away and Sombrero Beach is 5.3 miles away. There are two grocery stores and lots of amazing restaurants and activities!

About the owner: The Sailfish Villa, #6, is managed by Meredith Tracy, Pineapple Properties of the Florida Keys. .

Meredith is a Property Manager and owns Pineapple Properties of the Florida Keys. She is thrilled to represent the owners. Meredith is a fifth-generation native Floridian, Meredith's first visit to the Florida Keys was 35 years ago when she was 18 years old. She went sport fishing with the legendary Captain Skip Bradeen in Islamorada, explored the islands from Key Largo to Key West, and was hooked! Meredith, her husband Barry, a realtor, and their children enjoyed vacationing in the keys for many years and after raising their family in Winter Park, Florida, Barry and Meredith moved here full time! She loves helping guests with personal recommendations of all her favorite spots to help make their vacation better than they ever imagined!
