Rates above are for two persons only. Additional persons will be charged at 75.00 per person per night plus tax to the credit card on file. 1 child under 1 year old is allowed at no charge. No additional beds or linens are available. 1 assigned parking space for your vehicle per unit.
Boat slips are on a first come first serve basis and must be reserved and paid with reservation. Min boat slip rental is one week. No guarantees of availability unit confirmation is received. larger boats can be accommodated at times. Boat ramp is only available to 20' or less other wise you must launch at public launch 3 miles away. Parking for trailer is included in Boat slip fee and is assigned parking.
Office is open Mon-Saturday 9-4 for the using the bicycles, kayaks, paddle boats. All equipment is on a first come first serve basis and is not guaranteed.
Reservations are non-cancellable. You must purchase trip interruption insurance to protect yourself against bad weather, sickness, travel plane changes etc.
No Pets are allowed, if you bring a pet an automatic charge of 299.00 will be charged to your card on file and your reservation will be cancelled immediately.

Neat, clean and very comfortable condo for the two of us. The pool, gazebo, sheltered deck and marina provided a variety of areas to lounge, swim and read during the wonderful 80 degree weather. Plenty of near by restaurants for a variety of dinning. Planning to return.
