You can enjoy ocean views from both the hot tub and pool. The hot tub is completely private! The pool is shared with the other 13 homes in our private community, though it's rarely busy (except on some holidays) as most owners are absentee or occupied enjoying all the Keys have to offer!
Marathon is a great location offering access to amazing boating, snorkeling, diving, eco tourism, and fishing. Very close to Sombrero Beach and Bahia Honda state Park and beach is just across the 7 mile bridge! Local restaurants offer something for everyone, take a tour at the sea turtle hospital or take a short road trip to swim with the dolphins! The perfect location to experience all of the Florida Keys!

The property was amazing the views of the water were fantastic. The dock area was super great for fishing off of every day. The elevator was a life savior for getting suit cases and groceries up stairs. The roof top was great for afternoon naps with a view that was endless of the water and great looking boats driving by. Having 3 full bathrooms was perfect with 3 couples occupying villa #14. The pool area was very well kept. The entire property was manicured and felt very safe. We hope to back in the future.
