This home is a first time offering to enjoy the beauties of the Florida Keys.

Important Information for Florida Keys beaches:
Please note Keys beaches are not like mainland Florida beaches. There is no surf and most of the time you will only see small waves hitting the shore. The water is inaccessible from the land. If the water tide is high, you can kayak and paddleboard out from the shore. If the tide is low, there's no access to the ocean from the beach.

Beaches in the Keys, just like beaches on the mainland, have seaweed that comes and goes. We make it a point to pick up garbage that might come ashore on the beach that is within reach, but we cannot control the seaweed as it comes ashore.

The beach here at this house is man made. On high tide you can swim out to the sandy turtle grass for snorkeling. The experience of wading to this area can be uncomfortable. It is best to kayak out a few yards. Water shoes are a must.

So why have a beach in the Florida Keys? To sit and look at the ocean from your very own private beach and watch the sea life swim by...tarpon and bonefish frequent these flats you can see them tailing by. Porpoise swimming and breaching the surface and maybe even a sting ray jumping out of the water and the ever-changing water color depending on wind and tide. A great sense of calmness will overtake you in this idyllic setting.

Vacation Rentals of the Florida Keys provides a complimentary starter kit of soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. Guests will need to provide ongoing supplies for their stay.

2. Home has a max occupancy of 8 people no matter the age.
3. Five vehicles will be allowed per stay.
4. Check in is at 4 pm and access information given 24 hours before arrival.
5. Quality Control Staff will be checking the property the day of arrival to ensure your check in experience is memorable.

Dockage: This home does not have dockage for a boat. Grassy Key Marina is less than a 1/4 mile away, where you can keep your boat. Please call them directly for fees associated with dockage and ramp fees.

Towels and linens are provided.

This home is a maximum of 10 people at any time per stay and absolutely NO pets.

Unique Benefits

Our latest review (January 2024): Casa Feliz is an incredible property. Our three tween/teen children LOVED the pool and penthouse suite. The homeowner has thought of everything. Solid construction, lots of high-end finishes, great views and plenty of seating. The kitchen had everything we needed for meals at home. The poolside fridge, ice maker, and portable speakers allowed for us to spend hours outside. We loved watching the sunrise and sunset from the multiple decks. The location on Grassy Key was perfect for nearby attractions, as well as day trips to both Key West and Key Largo. We would not hesitate to book this property again.
