Sea Isle Condos are managed by an on-site management team. Once your booking is confirmed, guests will receive a welcome email from the on-site management team with information as well as a rental agreement which must be signed and returned by the guests. The unit has a keyless entry as well. You will get an email with the code to get into the unit, so need to worry about losing keys while on vacation!
If you do not return signed rental agreement you are subject to cancellation. To reach the Sea Isle Property management office about condo unit #30, please contact Patty at or via email at sea7430173@
We do have a dedicated parking space just for unit #30. However there is free parking located right outside the unit.
Sea Isle Condos are a community with just 36 condos with 3 buildings. Please note our condo is on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator.

Caleb W.Royal Plumb is Great
The Royal Plum was very nice. The location was perfect. It was less than 15 minutes away from everything you'd want to see in Marathon. The room was very nice, had everything we needed for a weeks stay. The pool was clean and it felt like a private pool. There was no one else that used it, we had it to ourselves which was so nice. The condo manager was very nice and helpful. The beach was covered in sargassum which is typically from the time of year we stayed, July. The ocean was unacceptable but not the condos fault. The only negative was the on site washers didn't clean well and one of the dryers didn't dry the clothes all the way. I would definitely stay again it was a peaceful enjoyable time.
