BRAND NEW BUILD! 3- bedrooms with king beds and full size bathrooms, and 1/2 bath for guests. Large common area living room and open kitchen. Located on canal three houses from the ocean, with great open water views. Pool with sitting area under the house. Our home offers a 60' dock with whips to secure your boat. Lighted fish cleaning station, and a step down in dock for easier access to water. We offer kayaks and paddle boards, with a couple of fishing poles. There is a bait freezer, bait pen, cooler, life jackets, and beach chairs for your use.

From our canal it is a straight shot to the ocean where you can enjoy kayaking and paddle boarding on the flats or go out to the small patch reefs and enjoy snorkeling and fishing.
From our canal it is just a 10 min ride to Vaca Cut where you can go to the Bay or to the right and a 20 min boat ride to the world famous 7 Mile Bridge.

Why this property? This is a beautiful new build, centrally located in the center of Marathon. On a canal only 3 house in from the ocean, with great open water views. It has 3 bedrooms with king size beds, and ensuit baths. It also has a 1/2 bath for guest. There is a 10x20 elevated pool with enough room to sit around pool edge. Enjoy the Lounging area under the house, on two day beds or a meal around the table with seating for six.
