Perfectly situated on the water with stunning views, sunrise and sunset colors, and direct quick access to both the Atlantic Ocean and the Gulf of Mexico via Vaca Cut! It is the 8th Villa away from US1 to ensure a quiet stay! Enjoy lots of games, Ping Pong Table, 2 Bikes, Corn Hole, Fishing poles, Ring Toss, Beach and Pool Toys and more!
This gorgeous, 5-bedroom, 4 full baths with upscale décor and modern coastal feel, has 2293 square feet of living area and features an expansive master suite upstairs with a King bed, en suite bath, spacious closet, and private balcony, facing the water with a balcony. There is a Junior master on the main level (just to the left as you enter), also with a king-size bed and en suite bath (which also opens to a hall). The 3rd guest room (closest to parking area) has a queen bed and en suite bathroom. The 4th bedroom, off the hall upstairs), has a queen size bed and the 5th bedroom (off the hall upstairs) has a set of bunks with a trundle underneath. The two bedrooms off the hall share a bathroom across the hallway. There are 6 TVs. Living Room and Master have cable and all others can stream to it via xfinity app and also have Roku. Designated high-speed wireless internet throughout the home is free. There is a maximum of 12, including all children, allowed by the City of Marathon.
Pineapple Tides also has a pack n play with a mattress and sheets, a high chair, children's dishes and baby gate. There are also games for all ages!
Pineapple Tides boasts open living space, quartz countertops, a waterfall island with seating, a dry bar entertainment area, a large balcony on each floor, and a private pool. The ground level has a large covered area with seating, a Webber grill, and a fenced yard. There is covered parking for two and additional first come first serve parking for your vehicles and boat trailer. The Tides at Vaca Cut community has a gated entrance, private dock access with 30' of assigned dockage with power and water, whips to secure your boat, fish cleaning station, and a waterfront gazebo. Situated in the heart of the Florida Keys within walking distance to restaurants, Florida Keys Aquarium Encounters, and various water activities, while a short drive to Sombrero Beach (5.3 miles) and Coco Plum Beach z93.5 miles), Bahia Honda State Park (16.4 miles), Islamorada (40 minutes), or Key West (1 hour).
The kitchen includes everything you may need to cook and more (dishes, silverware, pots and pans, baking sheets, muffin tin, Blender, food processor, crockpot, air fryer, hand mixer, Keurig for your coffee, kids dishes, bartender tools). Outside gas Webber grill, BBQ cooking accessories, bait freezer.
This unit has one designated slip (#8) for a boat up to 30' MAX. Other slips are not available. Boats are secured by whips. It is $ 500 per whip if you break them. Please ensure you educated yourself on how to secure the whips. More info on this at the property or reach out to me directly after booking.
The pool can be heated for a fee of of $146.54 per 7 days (prorated for longer stays).
A dog is allowed for a fee of $ 250. There is also an additional $ 100 fee for cleaning. Tax is charged on these fees. You must tell us what kind of dog, age and weight of the dog. We require at least a $ 500 refundable damage deposit as well as the breed and weight of the dog. We reserve the right to refuse certain breeds and also reserve the right to charge a higher refundable damage deposit.

A fabulous vacation home
My multigenerational family of 12 had a great stay at Pineapple Tides unit 8. This home is absolutely beautiful and the view is stunning! Our family enjoyed the pool and fishing off the dock. A highlight was seeing a manatee and many tarpon and other fish under the dock. In fact we caught a 3 1/2 foot Tarpon off of the dock! This home truly has everything you need for a perfect vacation! The location is also very convenient to many attractions and good restaurants. I also appreciated how responsive Meredith was with any questions I had, she was so pleasant and truly wanted to ensure that everything was perfect for us. We definitely will consider returning to this amazing home in the future.

What a great location.
This house has everything for your vacation. Owners have this supplied so that all you need is to bring your clothes. Beautifully decorated. The pool is awesome while viewing the boats and currents at Vaca Cut. We had an excellent stay and will come down again at some point. 5 stars.

Family Christmas Vacation
The experience my family and I had was AMAZING while staying at Pineapple Tides #8! The home was spotless upon arrival and stocked with an exceptional Kitchen, plenty of linens, pool towels and wonderful directions and recommendations for beaches, sightseeing and dining! Nothing was left to the imagination! The pool was a perfect size for an early morning or late afternoon swim. Our littles LOVED it! The adults did too! Meredith was prompt in responding to every email prior to our arrival and once there with a couple of questions/issues that were dealt with immediately, one being on Christmas evening! Was NOT expecting that, would have been fine with the next day but their first priority no matter what the day, is the client/tenant!!We would DEFINITELY recommend staying at Pineapple Tides and look forward to another future visit ourselves! If I could give 10 STARS, I would! Thank you for an INCREDIBLE vacation!

Amazing property
We had a great experience here. The property was immaculate. Everything was very well kept. The house was very clean and spacious. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the boats pass. Very easy to access the dock for some fishing. The pool was a great size. Location was great. We were able to see plenty of fish and lobsters in the waterfall near the property. Only a few short minutes away from grocery stores and attractions in Marathon. We love to cook as a family and found that the kitchen was well stocked with pots and other kitchen appliances as well as plates, bowls, and other utensils. Overall, our entire travel party thoroughly enjoyed staying here.

Great house and great rental agency!
Pineapple Properties is the best rental company we have worked with by far. They communicate clearly and they are responsive before and during the booking. The house was in great condition and was very clean. The condition reflected the pictures provided in the listing. The houses are close to each other but the landscaping keeps each home feeling private whether using the interior or exterior spaces. We enjoyed watching the almost constant boat traffic moving back and forth through the cut. The dedicated pier space made boating very accessible, even for just an evening cruise. The current in the cut can be strong and docking requires some previous boating experience, but is was similar to other locations we have docked. The house is roomy and well stocked with towels, linens, games and kitchenware. All appliances worked. We decided to buy a box fan to keep the morning mosquitoes at bay and asked if we could leave it at the house. Pineapple replied that they would send someone out to purchase one for us. We ended up finding one in the downstairs closet. (The mosquitoes were only bad in the early morning and late evening. The fan and mosquito coil pretty well kept them away during those times.) Marathon has most amenities in town for vacationing and diving. We saw a hammerhead shark, moray eels, a goliath grouper, a stingray, two sea turtles and lots of fish and lobsters while diving and snorkeling. It is a little over an hour drive to Key West and worth the trip. We would certainly consider renting this house or another house from Pineapple in the future.
