Outside is where the Keys lifestyle really begins. Spend your days by the heated pool, take the provided bikes or paddleboards out for an adventure, relax by the water, and end your evenings on the dock as the sun goes down.

Ocean Breeze is an intimate oceanfront community with a heated pool, waterfront dock, rooftop sundeck, hammock garden, and outdoor kitchen and grilling area. It's a friendly, relaxed setting where neighbors gather by the water and sunset often becomes the evening's main event.
We've also included plenty of extras to help you make the most of an extended stay. Guests have access to two beach cruiser bikes, two inflatable paddleboards, beach chairs, beach towels and bags, adult life jackets, outdoor games, yoga equipment, a Bluetooth speaker, and more.
For guests working remotely during their stay, the home also includes Wi-Fi and a portable laptop station.

Marathon is located in the heart of the Florida Keys, making it a fantastic home base for an extended stay. You'll have easy access to beautiful beaches, boating, fishing, snorkeling, scuba diving, kayaking, waterfront restaurants and some of the Keys' most iconic scenery.
One of our favorite nearby spots is the Old Seven Mile Bridge, just about one mile from the house. Walk or bike to the bridge, then enjoy approximately two miles of incredible water views.
Sombrero Beach is approximately 3 miles away, Bahia Honda State Park is about 13 miles away, and Key West is roughly 50 miles away — close enough for a day trip while still letting you come home to the more relaxed pace of Marathon.
Everyday conveniences, grocery stores, restaurants, marinas and activities are also nearby, which makes settling in for a month or longer especially easy.
One of Marathon's most iconic attractions, the Old Seven Mile Bridge, is just about one mile away and is perfect for walking, biking and sunset views.
Several restaurants and local spots are also nearby, and the provided beach cruiser bikes make it easy to explore even more of the neighborhood without getting in the car.

Whether you're looking for fresh seafood, a casual waterfront lunch, happy hour, or somewhere to watch the sunset with a drink, you'll have plenty of great options nearby.
Don't miss sunset at the Ocean Breeze dock — grab a drink, head down a little early and enjoy the view. It's one of our favorite parts of staying here.
Take the beach cruisers to the Old Seven Mile Bridge in the morning or around sunset when it's cooler and the views are especially beautiful.
For beach days, Sombrero Beach is close and easy, but make time for Bahia Honda State Park while you're here — it's absolutely worth the short drive.
And don't over-schedule your stay! Some of the best days in the Keys are the ones spent by the pool, paddling around the water, grabbing fresh seafood and deciding what to do next based entirely on the weather and your mood.

Newer, modern, comfortable, and well decorated oceanfront property. Had everything we needed and more. Beautiful views from the deck and very nice outside area. We appreciated that there were great restaurants and beaches close by. A nice walking path to the old 7 mile bridge. The bridge was great for sunset walks. Fun exploring a state park by kayak. Experienced snorkeling, fishing and much more. We will be back for more exploring, snorkeling, diving and of course the food! Very accommodating and super host!

Yes. The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and must be present at the property throughout the rental period.
Yes. There is parking for up to two vehicles underneath the home. Boat trailers, RVs and campers are not permitted on the property.
No boat slip is included with the rental. Boat slips and parking are available for rent nearby at Safe Harbor Marina, approximately one block from the home. Guests may use the community dock for kayak and paddleboard access.
No. Guests have access to the heated community pool at Ocean Breeze. The pool is located near the community entrance and is shared with other residents and guests.
Yes. Guests have use of two beach cruiser bikes and two inflatable paddleboards, along with life jackets, beach chairs, beach towels, beach bags and coolers. Please rinse outdoor gear with fresh water and allow it to dry after each use.
No. Pets are not permitted at the property. Service animals are handled in accordance with applicable law and platform policies.
Check-in is 4:00 PM or later, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Access instructions and the key-box code are provided on the day of arrival.
Yes. The home includes Wi-Fi and a portable laptop station, making it easy to work remotely during an extended stay.
Starter toilet paper and paper towels are provided. Because stays are 28 nights or longer, guests should plan to replenish paper products, laundry detergent and other consumable household supplies as needed.

Yes. Ocean Breeze requires a background check for the renter and listed guests as part of the community’s rental process.
A 50% down payment is required at booking to secure your dates. For reservations beginning in under 60 days, full payment is due at booking. Otherwise, full payment must be received no later than 60 days before arrival.
Cancellations made at least 60 days before arrival receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made 30–59 days before arrival receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival are non-refundable. Travel insurance is strongly encouraged.
Yes. A refundable security deposit of $1,000 is required and is returned after departure provided there is no damage or other chargeable violation of the rental agreement.
