1400 sq. ft. Seaglass-Paradise on the Gulf is located in Marathon—the heart of the the beautiful Florida Keys. The Keys are a series of 40 islands connected by 40 bridges , off the southern most tip of Florida. The chain of islands extends 120 miles into the Atlantic Ocean and Gulf of Mexico. The area is famous for its Caribbean weather and world-class fishing and diving.
This luxurious two-bedroom/2.5-bath townhome is located 20 feet from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. There is access to wrap-around walk-out terraces from the living room and master bedroom from which you'll have spectacular views of sea life, ocean birds, and a parade of pleasure/fishing boats going to and from the big water. The full view of the sunrise and the sky color at sunset -- and the sound of the waves as you close your eyes at night, will stay with you long after your vacation ends.
This unit is beautifully appointed and immaculately maintained. Below the unit is a 40’ covered parking area for two vehicles or your car and boat trailer.
And there's boat dockage just 100 feet from the front door. The swimming pool is 30 feet from your balcony.
There's a king-size bed in the master bedroom, two queen-size beds in the second bedroom, and a sofa sleeper in the living room.
Gulfpointe II is a quiet community made up of five buildings and 20 units located at MM 53.5. Even when all the units are filled, you never feel crowded. The grounds are immaculately maintained and views abound from everywhere on the property.

The upstairs looked renovated, but living area could use some updating. Unit was clean and had everything we needed. The view was fantastic thankfully because we had a lot of windy cloudy days. And then there was the water main break that put a kink in several days. Again…great view!!!

We stayed in this beautiful condo for 2 weeks. The view of the water every morning was so relaxing. We Enjoyed many of the wonderful restaurants, shops, and walking areas in marathon. We took a couple days to go to key west and stock island where we enjoyed a water tour and the atmosphere key west offers. We hope to come back again next year.

Me and my family had a great time at Seaglass and we couldn't ask for more. It was clean and stocked with very close access to the heated pool and the doc for fishing or if you own a boat. We park both of our vehicles under the rental out of the sun. Also a quiet clean community with no traffic. Also it didn't have 10 thousand fees that other rentals have. Easy access on and off overseas highway. I wrote this review little late and I'm currently looking for one for spring time and cant find nothing that compares to Seaglass.Thank you very much!!

If you are looking for a place to stay in Marathon, look no further. This place was super clean. This condo has all the comforts of home. Well-appointed kitchen with more than enough supplies. The linens in both bedrooms are nice and comfortable. The king bed in the main bedroom is very comfortable. Newly renovated bathrooms upstairs. We enjoyed having the 1/2 bath on the main floor. Close to many great restaurants and sits right on the water. Very quiet community, we truly were able to relax and enjoy. Grounds and pool are very clean. We will definitely stay here again. Response from owners and property manager very quick and helpful.

Seaglass had everything we needed. A beautiful location on the water with incredible views, 2 lovely balconies to take it all in. There is a fishing dock if you're a boater and a nice pool to relax in. The sea breeze was fantastic. There are so many nice restaurants and fun things to do nearby. We will probably book again for 2 weeks next year. One week was not enough!!

We love the location.... It is near lots of things, and yet, it is secluded. It is in a complex of fivel 4-unit condos. The set up is that you have two floors, so you don't hear noise from someone living above you! The vast majority of people here at this time of the year are it is quiet, the people are friendly, and respectful of each other.The Royko's love in caring for this unit is obvious is SO many ways. The personal touches in decorating, and that they have considered ALL of the things we might need while we are here: Dishes, appliances, portable Bose speaker, instructions for everything, lists of places to eat and visit, etc. It is like they had family coming to visit and wanted everything to be perfect. It was.We have been coming to Marathon for 7 years now....this is our first time staying here....and by far, it was our BEST stay. Thanks Team Royko!

Condo is in a nice quiet complex. Pool was clean. Ocean breeze while sitting on balcony was wonderful. Close to attractions, restaurants, and shopping. Condo is well taken care of. We grilled out several evenings. We will visit again!!

My husband and I stayed here for a week in April of this year. The place is immaculate, very well kept. I want to go back now. LOL. The views were breathtaking, and I love the location right in the mid Keys. You were close to everything you needed. The owners Steve and Jessica are amazing folks for sharing this GEM! I do know I will go back next year. Already thinking about when.

Everything about this condo is amazing! The location is so convenient, and in a quiet family friendly area. The condo is spotless and comfortable. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable so thankfully we slept well during our stay. The view is THE BEST. We will definitely stay here again. Perfect location! Clean and comfortable, fully equipped, amazing view with beautiful sunrises. Fishing from the dock was fantastic, we caught 16 fish in a record 45 minutes, no lie! This was a real stress reliever for us after a very difficult year. We didn't want to leave.

Susan K.Incredible Location - Impeccable Accommodations
This was the best place we've found in the Keys at such a reasonable price point. The condo has everything you need and then some...they've even provided umbrellas for rainy days (who thinks of little things like that?!!!) The location is perfect for hitting tourist spots, and not far from everything the Keys has to offer. Fav restaurants: Island Fish Company is super close and our fav for morning breakfast (try the omelets). Burdines is awesome for quick & cheap lunch on the water - gas up and eat all at once. Florida Keys Steak & Lobster has the best fresh seafood dishes and prepares a great steak too - ask for Robb. The boat slips had plenty of room and in great condition. The pool was never crowded, plenty of lounge chairs for everyone and a stone table with seating. A few strategically placed trees for shade in the hot afternoons would be a great idea in the future. (One area of the pool deck does get a small bit of shade from a nearby palm tree, and it was coveted by some of the guests like me). The airport in Marathon was a bit busier than we typically see, and very convenient to the condo maybe a mile or so away. The adirondack chairs on the balconies were so comfortable - perfect for relaxing, watching the sun rise, reading, or planning the day's activities. The Royko family has thought of everything a guest needs to make the most of their vacation, and Mickey was super responsive in providing feedback to our questions. It is their attention to detail that made it feel like our home away from home. Thank you for opening up your spectacular place to us. We are planning our next trip to Seaglass!
