About the Property
This property has everything! 4 bedroom 3 bathrooms, canal front, private dock (boat up to 35'), large private pool, Tiki Hut with flat screen TV, large grill, 2 bikes, 2 paddle boards, 1 kayak and a natural landscape view across the canal! Plus, Sombrero Beach is just down the street (1.3 miles). There is plenty of parking for several cars and a boat trailer (covered parking for 2 cars). You are allowed to bring either one boat or jet skis, not both (it is against Marathon law to tether boats in a waterway).
The attached Villa is located on Sombrero Beach Road, which has a long wide sidewalk all the way to the beach! Perfect for walking, running, biking! There are two grocery stores and a pharmacy half a mile away! Centrally located in Marathon, everything you would want to do is not more than 10 minutes away! Amazing restaurants and activities are all very close by!
The Master is upstairs, facing the water, and has an en suite bathroom. There is a Junior Master downstairs with a King bed and bathroom that also open to the kitchen. There are two other guest rooms upstairs, Queen and 2 Twins, that share a hall bath. The property has a pack n play, high chair and baby gate.
Marathon is just an hour from Key West and 40 minutes from Islamorada. Bahia Honda State Park is less than 20 minutes away. Marathon has lots of fun and interesting activities on and off the water! The Turtle Hospital, The Art Studio, Acquarium Encounters, Golf Course, Children's Park and Dolphin Research Center on Grassy Key to name a few!
