SPECTACULAR Indigo Reef Waterfront Home #41 - Marathon, Florida

From the moment we booked Indigo Reef #41 the customer service was a 5-star! Toni sent us this amazing document with all of her favorite things to do in the keys. We often referred to this on our trip and found some really cool places. The bagel shop is a must! So is Sunset Grill!!!! Not only does she recommend places to eat and things to do, but she gives you quick details to help you fit them into your schedule. From the moment we walked into this house, we knew our trip was going to be amazing! The house is so clean and beautiful and had everything you could possibly need. Toni did not skip on any detail! From the quality of the beach towels, to the ninja blender and Keurig coffee machine, to the available laundry detergent, no detail was too small for her. We enjoyed the pool, saw the manatees, and walked the beautiful grounds of Indigo Reef. Anytime I had a question about the house or the keys, Toni was just a text message away. Indigo Reef #41 will forever be our home in the keys. There is no reason to stay anywhere else!

My wife and I loved the place. Everything is clean and high quality. The salt water pool was great. Met some of the neighbors, all nice. When I come down alone I stay on a friend's boat, but my wife wants more comforts. She got them here! I'm not sure she'll settle for anyplace else next year.

We had the most amazing stay at Indigo Reef #41. The home is beautiful, such fun decorating and every amenity you could think of - and the comfy bed!! If not for the amazing views and perfect weather awaiting outside it would be tough to get out of bed. The views - off the master balcony and the front porch - postcard perfect all day long and at sunset. Great location within Indigo Reef - just steps away from the pool and boat slips where we saw manatees every day. The kitchen was fully equipped to cook or bake anything, but there were so many great restaurants just a few minutes away; we loved Sparky’s, Sunset Grille, Burdines, and Marathon Bagel - great recommendations from Toni. The drive from Miami to Marathon is so beautiful, our kids were sick of us saying “look at the color of that water” every time we went over a bridge, but I couldn’t get enough of that turquoise blue water. I long to be back at Indigo Reef #41 and can’t wait to plan a return visit.

The condo was lovely. The owner had everything you need for your vacation. All kitchen supplies, beach towels, bath towels. You need it, it was there. The condo was clean and well decorated. We liked the location which was close to the pool with beautiful sunset views from patio. The grounds were very well maintained. Definitely would recommend Indigo Reef #41!

Indigo Reef #41 was a fabulous location for a tropical get away! I am very much a detail person & condo #41 was squeaky clean, well appointed, beautifully furnished & wonderfully spacious! The gathering areas were large & comfortable, the sleeping areas were private, quiet, and SO comfortable (both beds & linens)! Everyone slept like a dream after our days of adventure! The grounds & heated saltwater pool were huge & I felt like we had it all to ourselves almost the entire time! There is a lot of space for kids to run around, clean well kept sidewalks & docks with visiting manatees! Toni was so easy to book with & was so excited to help me plan a wonderful vacation! She had great recommendations for dining, groceries & adventure! We booked a day of fishing with her recommended guide Connor & had great success! We also took her recommendation for a day (6hr) of adventure with Fury water sports- which included: breakfast, lunch, beverages, parasailing, jet skiing, banana boating, inflatable ocean playground & snorkeling for only $144! Her dining suggestions were great- we enjoyed Marathon Bagel, Sparky’s & Burdine’s (especially the fried key lime pie & dolphins swimming by)! Toni also shipped a pizza pan ASAP when I inquired if one was available. She was so friendly & accommodating! We can’t wait to return to her piece of paradise! Thanks for the memories!!

Thank you for the wonderful time on Marathon Island. Indigo Reef #41 made our stay perfect! We have always loved the Keys, and now found the perfect property to make our stays even better.

Toni was a gracious and helpful host. She knows the area well, so always knew what to recommend for any need we had.

The house it's self is so comfortable and spacious. Every detail from the fluffy towels, the extra comfortable beds, to the well stocked kitchen were perfect. The location of this house is ideal, both on the property and within the island. The pool is right off the back patio, with a direct view of the docks and one of the most beautiful sunsets we have ever seen! You can also find manatees right off the docks. When approaching the property you start to feel like you are off the beaten path, but in reality, you are right in the middle of everything!

Some of our favorite, nearby restaurants were:
Burdines - great water views (we saw dolphins), try the fried key lime pie!
Sparky's - Loved the fun atmosphere and food
Lazy Days - Amazing food! Everything was delicious

Check out the Aquarium Encounters! Our teenage daughters did the Coral Reef Encounter. Is was one of their trip highlights.

Sombrero Beach is near by and so beautiful!

All in all, it was an amazing stay! We can't wait to return to Indigo Reef #41

Cannot say enough about this beautiful paradise home you have. From walking in the front door to the views out of the back...all of it was amazing. Beautifully decorated, it screams cozy and comfort!! The furniture, including beds, are more comfortable than mine at home. The kitchen is so well stocked with anything you could need, making a cozy dinner night in completely convenient! However, there are so many amazing places nearby serving delicious food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Seeing the manatees right out of our doorstep was a bucket list item checked off (loved it!!). I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you for being so thoughtful of your guests and making sure our every need was met. Best vacation house experience we’ve had!

Indigo Reef 41 is perfect in every way. We had a family group of 5 adults and one toddler and each of us would say it was perfect. The condo was beautifully decorated and had every and anything you could possibly need. It had a large open space on the first floor where we spent many hours sharing family time. I can’t say enough about the condo interior, but need to also say how perfect the resort is. First of all, it is in a secluded location so there is NO road traffic or noise from anywhere else. It is a small resort and feels very intimate but has a beautiful large heated salt pool and lots of boat dock/space. There is also a lot of green space for kids to play. Loves the location!! Toni was amazing to work with and we appreciated that so much. From our first encounter with her to follow up emails and texts she was a perfect owner to work with. We can’t say enough about our entire experience and would recommend this owner and her beautiful vacation home 100%. Thank you for sharing your perfect piece of paradise in Marathon Key with us as it made for a perfect holiday gift for our family. We would most definitely return to this exact unit.

Everything about this vacation rental was awesome. I booked the vacation last minute directly with the owner. The booking process was easy and secure. All the communication about the rental was prompt and clear. Once we got there we were not disappointed. The unit is nicely located with a great view of the water. We had rented a boat and the dock is steps out your door making it easy to load and unload. You are close to the pool but it isn't right in front of you either! The unit itself is stocked really well with every appliance and cooking tool you might need. The furniture and décor is modern and in great shape. You won't be disappointed with this one!

We’ve stayed in multiple units at indigo reef over the last 8 years. This was by far the best unit we’ve ever had there. Toni was easy to deal with. Unit was stocked up on beach towels, toilet paper, insulated cups for pool, a Kuerig, a deep freezer and even spices! Close to pool and your boat slip. Very nicely decorated. Glad to see a unit without the cheap stock furniture. Thanks again! We’ll see you next year Toni!

We booked relatively last minute due to our other plans being cancelled...thanks COVID. The booking process was extremely smooth and easy and Toni responded to all my questions quickly and was able to finalize everything in minutes.

Arriving at the property we were very impressed the manicured landscaping and cleanliness-very tropical and scenic.

Indigo Reef #41 is by far, the most well stocked vacation property we have ever rented. We cooked at home quite, and there wasn't a single thing we needed. (Yes, they even have a Pineapple Corer and Waffle Maker). The decor is flawless and very coastal and the home was spotlessly cleaned prior to our arrival. The home also had top end appliances, and the washer/dryer were used daily!

The Pool was great, even with the reduced services and half occupancy rules we were able to go daily. Seeing the Manatees swim right up to the dock was probably the highlight of the week.

The location was great for quick day trips down to Key West. Marathon has plenty of restaurants and stores as well! We loved: Burdines, LightHouse Grill and Castaway. The Turtle Hospital was great for the whole family, too!

We loved our stay & hope to be back again soon!

Indigo Reef #41 was just amazing! The description is perfect and the house is even better than described. Immaculate! Very well stocked and equipped. Linens and towels in great condition! Beds are so comfortable. We travel often and are super picky! #41 exceeded our expectations and high standards! WOW! The view is priceless as is the location! Safe and feels like home away from home. These SUPER HOSTS are truly SUPER! STAY HERE! You will be so happy you did!

The minute you drive through the gates and walk into #41 you will be in awe at how amazing it is. I do not have enough words to describe how great it is here. This was our first time visiting the Keys and it was such an amazing experience from the most comfortable beds to the best stocked kitchen! This unique place is so comfortable and enjoyable. It has everything you could ever want. The atmosphere was so relaxing and incredible views of the sunset were perfect from the deck. The manatees visiting made my week!! You will love this place the minute you walk in the door and I cannot wait to go back to visit this perfect slice of heaven. Toni and Jesse, thank you so much for sharing your place with us. Anyone who visits will love every minute!

The accommodations are exquisite; right down to the kitchen necessities like sharp knives. My wife Barbara and I are in our mid-70s and enjoy the opportunities to saltwater fish and even went parasailing!! The owners - Toni & Jesse recommended several OUTSTANDING places to eat. Sparky's is a must, Frank's and Lazy Days also! Loved the pool for short swim a few times a day. I am not a individual that likes to sit in the sun. Shade at the pool is very nice but the shade, cool breeze and view from the upper porch deck can’t be beat. We will return again!
