BEAUTIFUL house in a perfect location

Our stay at Indigo Reef #41 was nothing short of amazing! The house was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed and more. The grocery store is a short drive and the kitchen was furnished with everything you could possibly need for cooking a meal. The house is close to everything the Florida Keys has to offer, yet very secluded and quiet. The neighbors were very friendly and fun to chat with, watching the sun set right from the porch was a nightly favorite, along with the manatee visit right at the dock! Feeding the tarpon at Robbie's was an experience! We enjoyed dinner at Sparky's Landing, Sunset Grille, Lazy Days, morning walks to Marathon Bagel for breakfast, went fishing with Todd Picariello, Marathon FL Snag and Drag charter, it was a trip to remember forever!

A blast from day one.

Indigo reef #41 is the place to be if you are on Marathon key. Tucked away from the busy main drag but quick and convenient to shopping and restaurants. The house is great and Toni has thought of everything you could possibly need and provided it. The location provides beautiful sunsets and a short walk to the pool. From the canals in front we were able to see manatees. There are endless options for dining, a few noteworthy ones, Sparky’s for a great happy hour and Lazy Days where they prepared the fish we caught. All in all a number one vacation and a great place to stay. I would highly recommend Indigo Reef 41.

Wonderful place!

We have stayed here a couple of times now and can’t wait to come back. The townhouse is very clean, beds are so comfy and the kitchen is fully stocked. The house is decorated so cute too. You wake up and open the doors and get a beautiful view of the ocean and the beautiful grounds of Indigo Reef. The pool is also just steps away. Many yummy restaurants very close by. Some walking distance and some only a couple mile drive. This is our favorite place to stay. We are a family of 5. Two adults and 3 teenage boys. Fits all of us very comfortably. Amazing!!!

Toni and Jesse outdid themselves with making sure you feel like you are at a luxury resort, from the fully stocked kitchen to the amazing towels, there is not a single detail missed. I have never stayed at a rental that supplied beach towels let alone enough for everyone to use a different one everyday! We forgot laundry detergent and were surprised to see that it was already there for us to use. The Indigo Reef property was beautiful, clean and has the best heated pool, my kids loved it. Lovely setting

We had a lovely stay in this very comfortable and well taken care of condo. Indigo Reef is a perfect setting for a get away to the keys. November Paradise

Indigo Reef is the best place in Marathon as it is beautiful and has the perfect location. Unit 41 has a great view , nice decor, well maintained and has all the amenities of home. Our owner was extremely attentive and helpful with any questions. I look forward to our stay in 2024.

Amazing time and excellent place

This home has everything you need to come and enjoy your time with family and friends. The community pool and marina behind your home was excellent. It has beautiful sunsets from the master balcony or lanai. The home was clean and ready for us. Everyone in the community was very nice and welcoming. Bring your own water Hose and extension for boat. We will definitely be returning.The beds and pillos were very high quality and comfortable as well.

Great week!

Loved out time in UNit 41. Well maintained, everything you need to be comfortable. No need to bring any beach towels. Perfect unit if you have a boat. Slip is right out the back door. Very comfortable beds and bedding. Had one problem with out disposal but owner was super responsive and helpful in resolving! That was very much appreciated.

Perfect place to spend time with family and friends

We had to most wonderful time at Indigo Reef 41. There was plenty of room for our family of 5. Everything you could think of was provided. This home is decorated beautifully and the view was simply amazing. We had a view of the ocean and pool. I can’t think of one thing that we needed and didn’t have. Toni was so easy to work with and I am so grateful for the time spent in her home.

Relaxation on quiet, beautifully kept grounds

We had 6 of us staying with ample place for all of us. The place is beautiful inside and out and peaceful. We went to Lobster and Steak House on a referral and that was fabulous. Marathon is nice because you are halfway down the Keys so you don't have far to go to visit all the other ones. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Another amazing stay at Indigo Reef #41

Indigo Reef #41 in Marathon FL does not disappoint!! Spacious vacation home, beautifully decorated, and filled with everything needed for your stay. Fully stocked kitchen with every utensil and appliance needed, spacious bedrooms with very comfortable beds, three modern bathrooms and a comfy living area for when you are not outside. We enjoyed the amazing salt water pool daily as well as walking around the marina docks and seeing the visiting manatees. The location is perfectly situated among Marathon’s delicious restaurants, lovely beaches, and so many fun activities and destinations to visit. This was our second time at Indigo Reef #41 and we wouldn’t stay anywhere else when visiting Marathon, FL!

Spectacular - great accommodations and a wonderful location in the FL Keys. While our group was all adults, it was a great spot for kids of all ages

The property is set up well for 2 to 3 couples or a family of 6. Great accommodations with a spectacularly stocked kitchen (everything you have a home and then some) plus all the spices you could want. And the sunsets are awesome.The boat slips are easy to get in and out of and very well protected from the wind or tides. Each slip has it's own water and electric.The property's commercial ice machine gives each unit and boat access to all the ice you'll need for boating, cooler and cocktailsLastly, the pool, fitness center and lawns are all well kept and great.A special mention the owner, Toni Ternus, who made the entire rental process easy while providing great insights into the area. Also, a call out to all the neighbors (especially Jim in unit 42) - they were all enjoyable and helpful when needed.

Perfectly Relaxing Paradise

My husband and I had a wonderful 2 weeks here! Comfortable accommodations, awesome tropical pool area, amazing boat slips and dockage, and beautiful grounds. The unit was extremely well appointed and stocked with everything needed (and more!) for a great time in the Keys. The sunsets were gorgeous and some of the best we have ever seen. We enjoyed the dolphin research center, the aquarium, paddle boarding, kayaking, snorkeling, and walking numerous beaches. Toni’s restaurant recommendations were spot on! We would love to come back next year!!!

I traveled with my husband, brother, and sister-in-law, and the 4 of us enjoyed every second of our stay at indigo #41- the condo is fully equipped with everything we could need for our stay, the pool is amazing, and the property is beautiful! Anytime someone mentions vacationing in the keys we recommend they book indigo #41!

Condo provides great vacation living!!

The owner Toni ia great to work with - she is friendly and accommodating. The condo is located in a beautifully landscaped setting with a great view of the Gulf water. The condo is fully furnished with a nautical theme, and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need. We love the large, warm heated pool - we swim every day! We also enjoy seeing the manatees that swim in by the docks.We spend time deep sea fishing, kayaking, walking the seven mile bridge, etc. We visit Key West (Blue Heaven is a great restaurant there) and Islamorada (Square Grouper restaurant). Marathon has many great restaurants (Steak & Lobster, Burdine's, Sparky's, Castaways, etc.). We catch fresh fish and the restaurants will cook it for you!We have stayed there four times and have already scheduled a visit for next year!

Paradise in the keys!

We had the best time staying at Indigo Reef #41 in Marathon. Toni the host is extremely responsive, and genuinely wants your stay there to be the best ever. The unit itself is impeccably decorated and furnished with everything you could possibly need for a tropical vacay! The grounds are beautiful. We spent a part of each day floating in the pool, which was so relaxing. We enjoyed morning coffee on the porch, with views of the canal, and the ocean. Stunning! There are several grills for use on the property, which we used a couple of times. One evening we dined down by the canal, with a gorgeous sunset in tow. The area is centrally located in the keys, with easy access to many restaurants, and things to do. We love Lorelei's, Island Fish Co. and Florida Steak and Lobster House, to name a few. The Wooden Spoon is a great little place for breakfast. We rented a boat for the day from Captain Pip's. Very reasonably priced, and super easy process. We also visited Sombrero Beach and Bahai Honda State Park (also a beach), which is very close to the rental. Scenic views, and white sand beaches. Was a perfect week! Thank you, Toni! The BEST place to rent!!

We would highly recommend renting Indigo Reef #41 with Toni Ternus! She and her husband were absolutely the best people to work with regarding their home in Marathon, Florida. Her communication is top notch! The photos do not do it justice and the photos are beautiful so you can only imagine seeing the home & area in person. It is perfectly located, so quiet and peaceful, so very relaxing and absolutely beautiful sunsets! Our family had the best vacation and it was so needed. Her home is clean/spotless, contained everything you could imagine and need in her kitchen and had a wonderful supply of nice towels and wash cloths… Very good quality & plenty, which is very rare in renting homes. She had every spice and so many cooking things available that you could ever need. We highly recommend renting this beautiful home from a fantastic couple! She made everything so easy, was so welcoming, and walking into their home just felt great! She had an information area set up with everything you need to know about the area, plus she went above and beyond and messaged us two pages of places to eat and shop with details on all of them. Awesome Property for a Family Vacation.

We arrived at Indigo Reef #41 for a family vacation. The property was extremely clean and nicely decorated. No detail was missed. Plenty of bath & pool towels, soft bedding, fully stocked kitchen and appliances. The extra freezer was also a nice surprise. Very comfortable. Toni was so helpful with her reccomendations and easy to communicate with. The boat slip and new docks are located very close to her unit so it was easy to load and unload the boat. The entire property is beautifully maintained. Huge pool, ice machine, etc. We just love it here. Thanks again Toni. So glad you had a last minute opening. Can't wait to come back.

Amazing place to visit

The property was very well maintained and the owner takes pride in their Villa. We lucked out with finding this particular Villa. The boat docks were amazing.We loved taking boat rides to some of the local restaurants like Lighthouse Grill and running a few miles out through Vaca Cut to fish.We will definitely be back to Villa 41 soon.

Awesome Villa, Host and 3 Week Vacation

Indigo Reef 41 is exactly as advertised. We've stayed in several other villas here and this by far was the cleanest, most well decorated and stocked unit of them all. There are a ton of kitchen supplies including pots and pans, spices, cleaning supplies, air fryer, blender, you name it. The extra bed and bath linens came in handy during our extended stay. The boat slip location is the perfect proximity to the villa and fish cleaning tables. The owner Toni has really thought of everything (including a dive flag and a few small fishing rods). She was very responsive to our communication leading up to and during the stay. We can't say enough good things about our experience in Indigo Reef 41. We'll definitely be back next summer.

Best Unit in Indigo Reef!

Hi - we have stayed at beautiful Indigo Reef a number of times, but #41 is definitely the best unit available. It's totally loaded and beautiful inside! Does not have the feel of a rental unit at all. What a great place to bring the family for some R&R and the fishing is just unbelievable. Pool is great too and the new docks are insane - make sure you book your next trip here!

Superb property central to everything!

Our family (2 kids, ages 11 and 12) had an absolute blast at this property. The unit was decorated beautifully, was very clean and ready to go with EVERYTHING we might want or need! Fully stocked kitchen with spices and every appliance imaginable. Beds were super comfy. We enjoyed many morning coffees and sunsets from the well appointed decks that overlooked the water. Simply beautiful. The pool was warm, very well maintained, and there were community floaties/noodles for the kids, which was awesome. We also enjoyed fishing from the docks with the rods that were provided in the unit. Super easy check-in/check-out and parking. All communications from the owners were timely and clear. Toni was super responsive to the couple of questions we had. The property is perfectly located for exploring the Keys - only a 25 min drive from Islamorada, 20 min to Bahia Honda State Park, and Big Pine Key (where you can go snorkeling at Looe Key), and a little over an hour to Key West - not bad at all. This is THE place to stay - we will certainly be back to this unit if we visit the Keys again! THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!

The view and sunsets were priceless! Indigo Reef is a hidden treasure!

We had a great time at Indigo Reef #41. Toni was a fantastic host and made us feel very welcome. From the very moment we walked in we felt like we were at a resort. Everything we needed was available during our stay. Toni even let us use their beach chairs which made our beach excursions so much more enjoyable. The view and sunsets were priceless! The pool was heated and amazing. Most days we enjoyed a swim and cocktail to cap off a perfect day in the Keys. Our favorite restaurants were Sparky's Landing and Island Fish Company. We rented a boat for the day and saw a lot of beautiful areas that you just don't see from land. This place was the perfect choice for us to experience Marathon for the very first time. Look no further!

Indigo reef #41 is absolutely perfect! Toni is an amazing host, communication was flawless, loved all the personal touches, and ample amenities. The indigo reef property is stunning and well kept. Loved lazy days by the gorgeous landscaped pool. We got to enjoy some marine life in the canals. My husband and I traveled to marathon keys with my parents and #41 was perfect, we each had our own room and bathrooms. The kitchen was stocked with every small appliance you could think of. The location of this condo was perfect. 1 hr drive to key west and key largo, 30 minutes to islamorada and big pine key. Highly recommend staying at Indigo Reef #41. Most Amazing Stay

awesome place to stay

I've been staying at the Indigo Reef for the past 10 years and have always enjoyed it except the past 2 years we were not happy with the condition of the Villa we were renting and the rental agency really didn't care . Before I made a decision to rent at the Indigo Reef again I came across Villa #41 and it was everything that the owner (Toni) described it was. The kitchen was fully stocked for any type of cooking you wanted to do and the decor was really nice. If you ever had any questions you could text Toni and she would reply immediately. It was by far the most accommodating rental I have ever had in the Keys for the past 35 years that I have been going and it was so reassuring dealing direct with the actual owners. A matter of fact I have already booked it for next year as well. Beyond Perfect!

Words cannot describe how nice Indigo Reef #41 is. We have stayed at many vacation homes through the years, and this is without doubt the nicest we have ever been to. The house is fully stocked with every appliances you can think of (my Cullinary Arts Student Daughter was super impressed). Everything is super clean. The decorations are very tasteful and not overly done. Toni has been an absolute perfect host. Communication and advice on the area was top notch. All round it was a heavenly vacation. Amazing villa in beautiful Indigo Reef

We had a fabulous time spending a week at Toni’s villa in Indigo Reef! The villa is beautifully decorated and just as described! The kitchen is well stocked and we cooked many meals there. Our favorite experience was the manatees that visited almost daily. We loved having our boat that we rented right out the back door. We used the gym and the pool which were both nice to have. Vacation of a lifetime!

I cannot put into words the magnificence of Indigo Reef #41! The house is a dream! From the decor, fully stocked kitchen, beach towels, washer/dryer, incredibly comfortable beds to the views on the back deck...this place has everything to offer! The only part we didn't like was having to leave when our week was over. We are already planning our next visit! Toni was wonderful to work with. This vacation home was the absolute PERFECT place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Indigo Reef #41 so very much!! This lovely vacation home has everything! It has the perfect vibe! Perfect decor! We made pina coladas with the blender provided and brougt out to the pool in the adorable embossed cups. (Such a cute idea!) We sat out on the back porch and watched the gorgeous sunsets. In the mornings we had coffee, read books and enjoyed the peaceful view from the second floor balcony. We went to Sombrero beach, we went parasailing, we saw seven manatees in the canal. (Amazing!) We ate at Sparky's, Castaways, Burdine's, Porky's Bayside & Lazy Days. We also drove 30 minutes to Islamorada and had a sunset dinner on the beach at Morada Bay Restaurant. Spectacular! Great photo op!! The men went fishing one day while the ladies drove our rented jeep to Key West where we shopped, found great key lime pie, had lobster rolls at DJ's Clam Shack and had to get a photo by the southernmost point buoy, with mojitos in hand! We brought the fish the guys caught to Frank's Grill, where they cooked it up and added pasta, broccoli, Caesar salad and bread. We then brought it back to #41 to eat our prepared dinner, it was fantastic! Indigo Reef #41 provided all the necessities and so much more! We truly had an amazing time. You can do as little or as much as you want. We left refreshed and happy. What more could you ask for?!?

Indigo Reef #41 is the best in the Keys!!!

From the moment we booked Indigo Reef #41 the customer service was a 5-star! Toni sent us this amazing document with all of her favorite things to do in the keys. We often referred to this on our trip and found some really cool places. The bagel shop is a must! So is Sunset Grill!!!! Not only does she recommend places to eat and things to do, but she gives you quick details to help you fit them into your schedule. From the moment we walked into this house, we knew our trip was going to be amazing! The house is so clean and beautiful and had everything you could possibly need. Toni did not skip on any detail! From the quality of the beach towels, to the ninja blender and Keurig coffee machine, to the available laundry detergent, no detail was too small for her. We enjoyed the pool, saw the manatees, and walked the beautiful grounds of Indigo Reef. Anytime I had a question about the house or the keys, Toni was just a text message away. Indigo Reef #41 will forever be our home in the keys. There is no reason to stay anywhere else!

We've been coming to Marathon for the past seven years and this place is the nicest ever!

My wife and I loved the place. Everything is clean and high quality. The salt water pool was great. Met some of the neighbors, all nice. When I come down alone I stay on a friend's boat, but my wife wants more creature comforts. She got them here! I'm not sure she'll settle for anyplace else next year.

Paradise!!

We had the most amazing stay at Indigo Reef #41. The home is beautiful, such fun decorating and every amenity you could think of - and the comfy bed!! If not for the amazing views and perfect weather awaiting outside it would be tough to get out of bed. The views - off the master balcony and the front porch - postcard perfect all day long and at sunset. Great location within Indigo Reef - just steps away from the pool and boat slips where we saw manatees every day. The kitchen was fully equipped to cook or bake anything, but there were so many great restaurants just a few minutes away; we loved Sparky’s, Sunset Grille, Burdines, and Marathon Bagel - great recommendations from Toni. The drive from Miami to Marathon is so beautiful, our kids were sick of us saying “look at the color of that water” every time we went over a bridge, but I couldn’t get enough of that turquoise blue water. I long to be back at Indigo Reef #41 and can’t wait to plan a return visit.

Wonderful!!

The condo was lovely. The owner had everything you need for your vacation. All kitchen supplies, beach towels, bath towels. You need it, it was there. The condo was clean and well decorated. We liked the location which was close to the pool with beautiful sunset views from patio. The grounds were very well maintained. Definitely would recommend Indigo Reef #41!

Absolutely perfect much needed vacation!!

Indigo Reef #41 was a fabulous location for a tropical get away! I am very much a detail person & condo #41 was squeaky clean, well appointed, beautifully furnished & wonderfully spacious! The gathering areas were large & comfortable, the sleeping areas were private, quiet, and SO comfortable (both beds & linens)! Everyone slept like a dream after our days of adventure! The grounds & heated saltwater pool were huge & I felt like we had it all to ourselves almost the entire time! There is a lot of space for kids to run around, clean well kept sidewalks & docks with visiting manatees! Toni was so easy to book with & was so excited to help me plan a wonderful vacation! She had great recommendations for dining, groceries & adventure! We booked a day of fishing with her recommended guide Connor & had great success! We also took her recommendation for a day (6hr) of adventure with Fury water sports- which included: breakfast, lunch, beverages, parasailing, jet skiing, banana boating, inflatable ocean playground & snorkeling for only $144! Her dining suggestions were great- we enjoyed Marathon Bagel, Sparky’s & Burdine’s (especially the fried key lime pie & dolphins swimming by)! Toni also shipped a pizza pan ASAP when I inquired if one was available. She was so friendly & accommodating! We can’t wait to return to her piece of paradise! Thanks for the memories!!

Fantastic Stay!

Thank you for the wonderful time on Marathon Island. Indigo Reef #41 made our stay perfect! We have always loved the Keys, and now found the perfect property to make our stays even better.Toni was a gracious and helpful host. She knows the area well, so always knew what to recommend for any need we had.The house it's self is so comfortable and spacious. Every detail from the fluffy towels, the extra comfortable beds, to the well stocked kitchen were perfect. The location of this house is ideal, both on the property and within the island. The pool is right off the back patio, with a direct view of the docks and one of the most beautiful sunsets we have ever seen! You can also find manatees right off the docks. When approaching the property you start to feel like you are off the beaten path, but in reality, you are right in the middle of everything!Some of our favorite, nearby restaurants were: Burdines - great water views (we saw dolphins), try the fried key lime pie! Sparky's - Loved the fun atmosphere and food Lazy Days - Amazing food! Everything was deliciousCheck out the Aquarium Encounters! Our teenage daughters did the Coral Reef Encounter. Is was one of their trip highlights.Sombrero Beach is near by and so beautiful!All in all, it was an amazing stay! We can't wait to return to Indigo Reef #41

Perfection...the view, the comfort, the convenience and the amenities. Loved it all!

Cannot say enough about this beautiful paradise home you have. From walking in the front door to the views out of the back...all of it was amazing. Beautifully decorated, it screams cozy and comfort!! The furniture, including beds, are more comfortable than mine at home. The kitchen is so well stocked with anything you could need, making a cozy dinner night in completely convenient! However, there are so many amazing places nearby serving delicious food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Seeing the manatees right out of our doorstep was a bucket list item checked off (loved it!!). I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you for being so thoughtful of your guests and making sure our every need was met. Best vacation house experience we’ve had!

Family Christmas holiday vacation

Indigo Reef 41 is perfect in every way. We had a family group of 5 adults and one toddler and each of us would say it was perfect. The condo was beautifully decorated and had every and anything you could possibly need. It had a large open space on the first floor where we spent many hours sharing family time. I can’t say enough about the condo interior, but need to also say how perfect the resort is. First of all, it is in a secluded location so there is NO road traffic or noise from anywhere else. It is a small resort and feels very intimate but has a beautiful large heated salt pool and lots of boat dock/space. There is also a lot of green space for kids to play. Loves the location!! Toni was amazing to work with and we appreciated that so much. From our first encounter with her to follow up emails and texts she was a perfect owner to work with. We can’t say enough about our entire experience and would recommend this owner and her beautiful vacation home 100%. Thank you for sharing your perfect piece of paradise in Marathon Key with us as it made for a perfect holiday gift for our family. We would most definitely return to this exact unit.

Perfect!

Everything about this vacation rental was awesome. I booked the vacation last minute directly with the owner. The booking process was easy and secure. All the communication about the rental was prompt and clear. Once we got there we were not disappointed. The unit is nicely located with a great view of the water. We had rented a boat and the dock is steps out your door making it easy to load and unload. You are close to the pool but it isn't right in front of you either! The unit itself is stocked really well with every appliance and cooking tool you might need. The furniture and décor is modern and in great shape. You won't be disappointed with this one!

Amazing Vacation

This was our first time staying in Marathon and we were so lucky to find Indigo Reef #41! It is definitely the best vacation home we have ever stayed in. We were so impressed with how beautifully decorated it is and Toni has it well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The best part of our day was watching the sunset from the back deck. Amazing Property in Marathon!

We booked relatively last minute due to our other plans being cancelled...thanks COVID. The booking process was extremely smooth and easy and Toni responded to all my questions quickly and was able to finalize everything in minutes.Arriving at the property we were very impressed the manicured landscaping and cleanliness-very tropical and scenic.Indigo Reef #41 is by far, the most well stocked vacation property we have ever rented. We cooked at home quite, and there wasn't a single thing we needed. (Yes, they even have a Pineapple Corer and Waffle Maker). The decor is flawless and very coastal and the home was spotlessly cleaned prior to our arrival. The home also had top end appliances, and the washer/dryer were used daily!The Pool was great, even with the reduced services and half occupancy rules we were able to go daily. Seeing the Manatees swim right up to the dock was probably the highlight of the week.The location was great for quick day trips down to Key West. Marathon has plenty of restaurants and stores as well! We loved: Burdines, LightHouse Grill and Castaway. The Turtle Hospital was great for the whole family, too!We loved our stay & hope to be back again soon!

Great Time - Great Place

I have always been leery about renting a vacation property- i have had a few bad experiences. Indigo Reef #41 turned my opinion right around my family had a great time. Everything is top notch, and easy as can be! We even saw manatees at the dock, which was a huge win. If you plan to rent a boat and get out on the water in the area you can't beat this place!

Cleanest best decorated well stocked rental we’ve had

We’ve stayed in multiple units at indigo reef over the last 8 years. This was by far the best unit we’ve ever had there. Toni was easy to deal with. Unit was stocked up on beach towels, toilet paper, insulated cups for pool, a Kuerig, a deep freezer and even spices! Close to pool and your boat slip. Very nicely decorated. Glad to see a unit without the cheap stock furniture. Thanks again! We’ll see you next year Toni!

Outstanding!

Toni was awesome and super responsive! The unit had a great view, great location and was stocked with everything you need for a family vacay. The community was an awesome place for kids and having our own boat slip made life so much easier. Beds were some of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. Highly recommended for a family vacation in the keys!
