This spectacular home boasts 2 levels of living space with canal views enjoyed from the dining room and living room. With these cathedral ceilings, you will experience lots of natural lighting with a view to match. Open floor plans on both levels of the home. The first level of the home features two bedrooms and one bathroom. Both bedrooms have a queen size bed, bathroom features a shower / tub combo. The second level features the master suite with a queen bed and en suite bathroom. The second level also includes a half bath. Easy ocean access.

This home includes wifi, cable, A/C, washer and dryer. Plenty of parking for up to three vehicles and a trailer. 1 double kayak included. There is a dock and 40' available for guest use.
