This home is located on the 63rd Street canal and being ocean-side, it's just a quick trip out to sea where you'll enjoy cruising, fishing or maybe even snorkeling!
This spectacular home boasts 2 levels of living space with canal views enjoyed from the dining room and living room. With these cathedral ceilings, you will experience lots of natural lighting with a view to match. Open floor plans on both levels of the home. The first level of the home features two bedrooms and one bathroom. Both bedrooms have a queen size bed, bathroom features a shower / tub combo. The second level features the master suite with a queen bed and en suite bathroom. The second level also includes a half bath. Easy ocean access.
This home includes wifi, cable, A/C, washer and dryer. Plenty of parking for up to three vehicles and a trailer. 1 double kayak included. There is a dock and 40' available for guest use. We recommend no more than a 30' boat in the canal. We have a shallow channel coming in, but plenty of room at low tide for boats this size. If you have additional questions, please reach out!
Note that the balconies do not have room to lounge, they are designed for views only. Outdoor living space is on the ground level.

Pool utility covers all our pool related fees, this is not heat only, it’s not optional.
We charge 25% at booking (upon acceptance of the rental agreement we will send separately) and the remaining 60 days prior to arrival. We offer full refunds for any cancellation prior to 60 days of arrival. Within 60 days, we do not refund for cancellations. We recommend third party trip insurance to cover you for unexpected cancellations.
Tax collection notes: The State of Florida requires we collect and remit an 7.5% tourist tax. The Florida Keys (Monroe County) requires we collect and remit 5% additional. Taxes help keep the state beautiful, thank you for understsanding.

The house is absolutely beautiful! It was very comfortable for our family of 4 plus a dog. The kitchen included everything we were looking for. The pool was a great benefit! We used it everyday. The weather was not the best while we were down, but we made the best of it. It was nice having the boat right in the backyard so that we could take it out when the weather improved. The location was convenient to great good and some awesome activities. The Turtle Hospital was fun and The Lagoon cable park is a must if you have teens.
