All bed and bath linens, as well as pool towels, are provided. A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry and dish soap, and bathroom toiletries are included. Depending on the duration of your stay, you may wish to bring additional supplies, as you'll find it hard to depart from this enchanting haven.

PAYMENT POLICY: The balance of the reservation is due sixty(60) days before check-in. Reservations within sixty(60) days of check-in require payment in full, including the refundable security deposit, at the time of reservation. We impose a surcharge of 3%(Administration Fee) on credit cards that is not greater than our cost of acceptance.
REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT: A refundable security deposit of five hundred($500) and a completed Agreement is due at the time of reservation. The refundable security deposit is NOT applied toward the rental balance. Return of security deposits is initiated up to fourteen(14) days after departure. The funds could take up to fourteen(14) business days to reflect on the card on file, provided the following provisions are met:
No damage is done to the property or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear determined by the Owner.
No excessive cleaning is required, and all soiled dishes are clean, dry, and put away.
No trash is left in the house.
No linens/towels are lost, stolen, or damaged.
The Guest(s) is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), or the local law enforcement.
Property must be left in the same condition upon departure that it was found upon arrival.
REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT CHARGES: The Primary Guest agrees that the Owner shall deduct the costs of damages, lost and/or stolen items from the refundable security deposit. Costs exceeding the refundable security deposit will be charged to the card on file.

We really enjoyed our stay there, the home was decorated nicely and was fully stocked with all the essentials needed for a hone away from home stay. We had ample enough rooms for the four couples to stay the only two things that I would recommend for this housing would be that if possible add tv's to the other two bedrooms. We had two couples that didn't have tv's in their rooms and it turned out that these couples both sleep with tv's on. We didn't know until we got there and discovered this. But overall we would return even if we have to bring tablets to look at tv. Would recommend for the twin bed room maybe switch out for a full size sofa bed or a day bed sleeper for the room . But loved the overall stay. Thanks for everything hope to become a regular summer retreat stay

We took a girls trip to Stay Anchored and it did not disappoint! The house and pool were gorgeous. There was plenty of room for the four of us and the house was so close to beautiful Sombrero beach which we took full advantage of. We had great communication with the hosts and we would happily stay there again!

Nice place for 6 adults! Close to stores and grocery stores. Very clean house. We didn't have any issues while we were there. If we had to be picky about anything - maybe some patio furniture cushions - otherwise plenty of outdoor seating!!
