Pull-out couch for an extra guest is a queen size bed. Shower in the master bath. Guest bath has tub/shower. There is 50′ of dockage. Bait freezer and fish cleaning table for your convenience. Covered area downstairs with 10 X 10 storage for all your fishing gear (locked). For your pleasure……shuffleboard, foosball, pool table, or put the cover on it and it becomes a ping pong table.
