The pool area includes two covered seating area’s and four chaise loungers. The pool measures 16 X 40 with a maximum depth of 5 feet and can be heated or chilled for an additional $200 per week (plus taxes) if paid in advance or $250 upon arrival. Guests may enjoy access to two single person kayaks, 450 lb commercial ice make, two freezer’s (one for bait and one for all that fish!!), all stored inside the 15 X 12 garage storage area.
