Dragonfly Lite a tropical oasis with your own heated saltwater pool to enjoy!

Yes this is our 6th year coming. We can’t tell you how much we enjoy the house. It was our first trip ever to the keys and hooked us. Great family trip that has grown to friends renting and coming with us. They rent at the marathon marina among other places. We appreciate and thank you for letting us enjoy some paradise at you wonderful house.

Though Dragonfly Lite would be a marvelous place to vacation anytime, it proved especially so in a global pandemic. We had everything we needed right there on property. The pool is pristine, the home was lovely, and we especially enjoyed having Netflix and other streaming services available on the TV so we could binge watch in the evenings. We availed ourselves of the great seafood--especially stone crab claws--in Marathon and had an enchanted week. The weather was cooperative and we had a blast. We are already trying to figure out when we can return. Thanks to Barbie for having the house clean and ready for us, and to Jerry for the personal call to make sure that we were settled and had everything we needed. I can't imagine that anyone would be less than elated with a stay at Dragonfly Lite!

Can’t say anything negative about this rental. It was everything a vacation should be. All the comforts of home inside and the outside was luxurious and relaxing , I honestly don’t know how i tore myself away lol . The heated saltwater pool was the best part . We stayed outside most of the time. My family and I are just so pleased with Dragonfly Lite we already discussed when to come back . Barbie the property manager was fantastic, was just a text or call away whenever I had a question. I highly recommend vacationing here , you won’t be disappointed!

Our family really enjoyed staying at the Dragonfly Cottage. The location of the house allowed us access to several options for things to do with our son. The pool was amazing and our son always wanted to be in it. The house was very comfortable for our family of three and I was surprised at how much stuff was available for us to prepared meals. I also want to add that any time we had a question Barbie and Jerry were always easy to get in touch with to answer our questions. We had a great time spending the week down in the Keys.

This little gem was just perfect for 2-4 people. It's small, but cozy and comfortable. I like the fact that it was a cozy, quaint little house. The pool and outdoor area was great, we spent a lot of time outside. The beds were comfy! We had no issues with the air conditioner, I mention this because some people were complaining about it. There was no constriction next door either, so it was very quiet. The kitchen is very well stocked. We've discussed staying here again next trip. Barbie was always close by and Jerry also checked in to make sure things were going well! I've stayed in the Keys before and this was by far my favorite place. If you're looking for a private, low-key, and comfortable place to stay in the Keys, this would be the place!

Upon arriving we were greeted by Barbie. She was very friendly and helpful. She showed us where everything was at and was only a phone call away if we needed anything. Jerry the owner was also very helpful and did call to check on us, as Hurricane Dorian was on his way. Thankfully Dorian didn’t show up and as we do live in Florida we do know how to prepare. The house was very clean and was in a very quite neighborhood. The outside was like a tropical oasis. It was beautifully landscaped and the pool was fabulous and very private. We did use the outside shower and it was great. The house for some may be small but it was perfect for us. Everything you need is in the kitchen and if you need anything from the store they are close by to shopping. We also used the grill because we wanted to do a little cooking so we didn’t have to eat out so much. If you don’t want to cook and prefer to eat out there are a lot of places close by to eat at. This was our first time using VRBO so booking was easy. This little tropical oasis was perfect and we plan to return.
