About the owner: Kevin and Karen McQuoid hail from Minnesota and started visiting the Keys in 2019. We fell in love and bought our first home in 2019. We sold our MN resort in 2021 and have relocated to Marathon. We purchased this home in 2021 so we could share our joy of the Keys.
Why this property? It's near our primary residence and the large lot and extensive dock space is what captured our eye. The outdoor space is fantastic and we love watching the manatees and wildlife that visit us.
