Oceanside, per friendly, waterfront 2/2 home with 55ft dock and paddle equipment

Our wonderful, Oceanside and waterfront home is just two minutes from the Atlantic Ocean and Vaca Cut. No bridges to the Atlantic and super easy to access the Gulf via Vaca Cut.

This home is completely remodeled and features brand new furniture throughout. The 55 foot dock is brand new and awaits your boat. In fact, you can lounge on the wide dock and potentially catch dinner.

The living room features the Cindy Crawford coastal collection. The sofa easily converts to a sofa bed. Both room have high-end Stern and Foster king beds, which are adjustable.

Kayaking
We have three fishing kayaks at this location: Pelican, West Marine, and a Vanhunk Kayaks. We have two carbon fiber paddles for the kayaks. Life vests are included. We have a Kayak dolly and a kayak T-Bar for those of you that have a pickup-type automobile if you want to explore. Always were a life preserver.

Boating:
Oceanside and Gulf side boating await for those interested in exploring the Keys. Vaca-Cut is right around the corner, and the ocean is right in front of the home. We are also very close to the 7-mile bridge, which offers excellent fishing.

Special considerations:
Upon request, we can accommodate excess trailer and RV parking. As long as the RV is empty, we can park it at one of our other lots. Email for more information.

If you hire a guide, you can explore nearby offshore beaches on the Gulf side that we consider comparable or better than many of the beaches on Dr. Beach's list – try the Content Keys.

We do use a standard Florida rental agreement that includes waivers for swimming, equipment use and pets. The agreement is available on VRBO.

We have almost instant access to Vaca Cut. However, not that the current in Vaca Cut is swift, so kayaking and boating in this area is very challenging - stay away from Vaca Cut on kayaks. Boaters should use caution traveling Vaca Cut.
