In minutes, guests can be fishing from the dock across the street and of course, cook up the fresh catch with the fully equipped kitchen and private gas grill! The amenities are endless, from the heated saltwater pool, tiki bar, fire pit, grill, kayaks, hammocks, 2 private backyards and much more. These homes offer something for all! Ready for a day at the beach? After a fun day in the sun there is nothing like relaxing in your own private pool and hot tub covered with a huge canopy of palms and tropical landscaping. For an outdoor shower experience that screams luxury we have not one but TWO!! Take a shower amongst the plants and experience an ultimate tropical sanctuary. No details were missed in the decorating of these coastal themed homes. It's all about fun in the water down in the keys and we got you covered! Guests can bring their own boat or trailer/RV to keep on the fenced in double lot for no extra charge. There is a boat ramp across the street that is available for your use. You can also enjoy the large side yard playing a game of cornhole or bocci ball on the equipment provided. Both houses ensure complete privacy and is ideal for large groups looking to have a relaxing vacation. Parking won't be a problem! There's plenty of space for four vehicles at each house as well as plenty of room for a Boat, RV, or Trailer parking to the left of the home for no extra charge

Sombrero Beach, a popular snorkeling spot, is just three-and-a-half miles away. Guests can boat or drive to fantastic local restaurants with fresh seafood and talented local musicians. If guests love to snorkel or dive, Sombrero Lighthouse (just off Sombrero Beach, three miles away) is a must and contains some of the most amazing coral and aquatic life in the US.
