About the owner: I am a Wisconsin resident and full-time employed sales person. When the pandemic hit, like many others, we were required to temporarily office from home. It worked out so well that they made that a permanent arrangement. I began renting for a month in the winter to get out of the Wisconsin winters. I loved Marathon and decided to buy this condo.
Why this property? Beautifully kept property with an ideal location for all purposes. Newly remodeled, heated pool. Convenient to beach, Walgreens, Publix, Winn Dixie. Day trips to Key West and Islamorada are easy.
