Three large balconies overlook BREATHTAKING views of the Atlantic Ocean! The floor-to-ceiling windows bring the ocean right to you! 2,600 square feet of elegant coastal living in this nearly new custom home boasts a 2nd-floor master suite with a private veranda overlooking the ocean. The main floor has an open living, dining, kitchen area, and one bedroom (King) and bath as well. In addition to the master suite (King) with an ensuite bathroom, the upper level has two bedrooms (Queen, Twins) that share the third bathroom. 5 TVs: 4 in the house and one in the summer kitchen; one DVD player!
The ground level has a large covered area with a fabulous summer kitchen (gas grill) and a comfy sitting area overlooking the pool/swim/spa has plenty of seating for dining, relaxing, sunning, or sitting at the kitchen bar! The pool has a waterfall feature as well! (12 X 30 and 5' deep) .
All the amenities you would need including a ping pong table, double kayak, 2 paddleboards, paddles, life jackets, central heat and air, washer/dryer, hi-speed wireless internet, 50' of concrete dockage with fish cleaning table, and bait freezer. Indoor kitchen seating for 8 people, outside for 10 plus 5 barstools. For your enjoyment, a double kayak is provided with life jackets and paddles.
Please note the property has a control depth of 3' and there could be time when the tide poses a problem when you enter and exit the property.
The pool can be heated for a fee of $150 per week plus tax and processing (prorated for longer stays).
$45 Management Fee is Damage Insurance covering up to 3k in damages.
The property manager is available 24/7 for any questions, needs, or recommendations!
Marathon is a large island centrally located in the Florida Keys! It has many of the conveniences you are used to, including two grocery stores, a pharmacy, a hospital, and many wonderful restaurants and shops! It has lots of family-friendly activities such as The Turtle Hospital, Aquarium Encounters, Pigeon Key, Crane Point Museum and Nature Center, Dolphin Research Center on Grassy Key, and others. Marathon also has two public beaches: Coco Plum and Sombrero Beach! Only 20 minutes from Bahia Honda State Park, an hour from Key West, and 40 minutes from Islamorada, you have wonderful day trip options as well!
We recommend a car so you can easily explore Marathon or other islands!

Meredith is a fifth-generation native Floridian, Meredith's first visit to the Florida Keys was 35 years ago when she was 18 years old. She went sport fishing with the legendary Captain Skip Bradeen in Islamorada, explored the islands from Key Largo to Key West, and was hooked!
