I booked this property for a month stay in Feb 2026 stay in July of 2025 and paid the 50% deposit. On Dec 24th I paid the balance. 10 days before scheduled arrival they emailed me and said they would send the arrival info email on monday. Instead I got an email saying this property was not available and they offered me a 2 bedroom house instead. I refused and asked for a refund. They then offered another property...I think 3 bedroom. I declined and again asked for a refund. I had to wire my two payments but they didn't want to wire the refund. After about 2 weeks of Zelle transfers I did get the money back. They told me the reason the property was no longer available was because the owner decided he only wanted to rent it for a minimum of three months. I'm sure he decided this one week before my scheduled arrival!! Steer clear of this rental. You can also check before renting anything on for all their other rentals...which are also advertised on this site.

My friend and I paid in full in 2 installments for the rental. We were told it was sold 6 days before we were to leave for Florida. They offered an alternative that wasn't even close. We requested a refund but were only offered a voucher. The house does NOT EXIST. They want money wired, don't do it. They replied to my friend's review by saying they refunded the money...they DID NOT. They are being investigated. I read a review here that it happened to another person. I can't believe that Florida Rentals is not aware of this. THEY will be now.

I made two deposit payments to the renter. She says she did not receive the second payment. She canceled our reservation and refused to refund $3,800.00. I sent her the reference numbers to check at her bank to prove the credit card company paid her account. We are not only missing the money but our vacation as well

The location was great! The house itself needed updating and could be cleaned better. There were extra charges that I usually don’t pay when I rent houses in other areas of Florida. The management company was very annoying with their requests & phone calls. Would not rent again

Never had we previously used , but so thankful that we did! Ended up with a beautiful home from the SEABIM team and our family enjoyed every minute of our luxurious vacation. The SEABIM team was incredible all around. Extremely accommodating and easy to work with.The home, the location and the views were all amazing. Our family created many great memories here. Starting the mornings off with coffee and fishing off the dock then over to the heated pool. Weather was amazing, but still was a nice option to bump up the temp a few degrees for my little ones.Cannot wait to do it again! The house was clean and well maintained, the kitchen and bathrooms were updated nicely. The kitchen had enough supplies to do every day type cooking. The backyard and pool were nice size and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay and would rent again when back in the area. They supplied bicycles to ride around the neighbourhood or take a ride to the nearby Target and other shops. Thank you

In Lehigh Acres. Close to many beaches,shopping, golf courses. Beautiful clean, spacious home. Covered, heated pool with spacious patio was a define plus. Beautiful sunsets. Home had all the amenities needed while away from home.

This house was great. The beds were comfortable. The house was very clean. Great appliances—ice maker is slow & doesn’t dispense well though. The pool was terrific. The AC works well, comfortable home!!! The only issue we had was small vacuum supplied to clean up was not functioning and the prior renters or owners left full garbage cans so we had to ask neighbors when garbage collection was and set garbage out on collection day.
