The pool deck is designed for both relaxation and entertainment, featuring a dining table for 6, a comfortable lounge, sun loungers, a smart TV, and a dedicated game zone. The modern north-facing pool is cleverly positioned to still capture plenty of sunshine throughout the day and offers additional relaxation with floating palm leaf loungers. The covered terrace with BBQ gas grill is perfect for enjoying long, relaxed evenings outdoors.

The villa offers approximately 1,353 sq ft of living space with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, smart TV, and an en suite bathroom with a vanity and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is also furnished with a king-size bed, while the third offers a queen-size bed. The two guest bedrooms share a modern bathroom with a shower.

Inside, the bright and open living area creates a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. A cozy seating area in front of the large 75-inch smart TV invites you to relax, while the integrated Sonos sound system provides high-quality audio throughout the home.

The fully equipped kitchen features modern, high-end appliances, including a KitchenAid food processor and a spacious side-by-side refrigerator with ice maker. The large dining table is perfect for shared meals, while the kitchen bar offers a convenient spot for breakfast or a quick snack.
