Our generous and luxurious vacation villa with approximately 2100 sqf is located in a quiet part of SouthWest Cape Coral, directly at Lake Serenade.
Lake Serenade is a small idyllic freshwater lake with direct access to multiple freshwater canals and a couple of more lakes, kayaks are provided!
The generous and bright living room is furnished with high quality and comes with a 65" 4K TV, DVD-player, Blu-Ray-player, Sony PS4 (German version) and a bluetooth hi-fi system.
Large sliding doors lead you directly to the lanai and pool area.
The open American kitchen is fully equipped and comes with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and an additional counter with barstools.
Adjacent to the kitchen you will find the tropical breakfast nook with a direct view over the pool and the lake. That will give your Florida day a perfect start.
A stylishly furnished formal dining room for 6 is available in case you do not like to dine outdoors some day.
In the game room you will find a poolbillard-and airhockey-table .
A very spacious mastersuite equipped with a kingsize bed and masterbath en-suite as well as two attractive guest bedrooms (one with a kingsize bed and another with a queenside bed), which share a second bathroom with direct access to the pool, complete the large amount of space.
High speed internet (WLAN) is available all around the house.
The pool comes with an additional electrical heater and LED-lights in color. The Lanai and the pool area is equipped with sunbeds, sunshade and seating furniture.
A "Weber-Gasgrill" let you work magic the perfect steak.
A lot of shopping possibilities (Walmart, Publix, Aldi etc.) as well as very good restaurants are situated nearby.
Bicycles, kajaks, beach chairs and beach equipment are at your disposal free of charge!

Area Information
Our villa is conveniently located in a quiet part of SouthWest Cape Coral near to SW Pine Island Road with a lot good restaurants, fast food chains and good shopping facilities such as WalMart, Publix, Walgreens and ALDI.
Two nice golf courses are just a few minutes drive away.
Sun Splash Waterpark is only a 5 minutes drive.
Visit Matlacha or Pine Island, drive over the Caloosahatchee Bridge to Fort Myers, Fort Myers Beach, Bonita Springs and Naples or stay in Cape Coral and reach the Yacht Club area or Tarpon Point Marina in just about 15 minutes.

The location is very quiet and safe. There are also many shopping facilities within a radius of 1.5 km. The house is very well equipped, nothing was missing for us, everything was available. One has really thought of everything. Even when the battery of the remote control was empty, there was replacement availbel.The garden was regularly maintained by the gardener and the pool was cleaned once a week. All rooms were very nice and the air conditioning worked perfectly. It was set to automatic and you had a perfect temperature throughout. The pool was big enough and we had enough fun and could relax well. Some days we did not want to leave the house because it was perfect to relax. We can recommend the house with a clear conscience and the landlords or the agency were always available if there was a problem. All in all we liked it very much.

We (german couple 31&30 years old) had a wonderful vacation in Cape Coral. Although it was only for 8 nights, we have seen a lot because „Villa Almost Heaven“ is well located. When there were questions the german landlord answered quickly. Pool (heatable) and grill (gas) are top in the house. The garden is well maintained. We would recommend the villa und will soon be coming back.Wir (Paar 31&30) hielten uns insgesamt nur 8 Nächte in der Villa Almost Heaven auf. In Kontakt trat ich per Mail direkt an den deutschen Vermieter. Die Buchung verlief dann unkompliziert und wir waren vom Haus rundum begeistert. Die angezeigten Bilder enstprechen der Wahrheit, die Lage ist toll. Überrascht hat uns die absolute Sauberheit im Haus, kein Staub o.Ä. Der Pool ist mit Beleuchtung ausgestattet, die Terasse sehr groß und die Zimmer geräumig. Unser Auto parkten wir in der Garage -besonders zu erwähnen ist noch der Garten mit großen Palmen Die Woche war sehr entspannend und ich würde das Haus auch für einen längeren Zeitraum jederzeit wieder anmieten.Familie Fuchs aus Deutschland

We had a wonderful stay at Villa "Almost Heaven". The home is in a quiet neighborhood and centrally located within the Cape Coral and greater Ft Meyers area. The home was very clean and had all the amenities one could ask for. We spent most of our time out back in the lanai and the pool, and when lounging in the living room, the electric reclining sofas were so comfortable. The water temp in the pool was great with just the solar heat, (no need to pay the extra for the additional electrical heating). It was also very nice to have beach towels, chairs, umbrella and collapsible cooler all provided for trips to the ocean. We would highly recommend staying at Villa "Almost Heaven"...as it is almost heaven!

This house was great and just as it was described! Nice and cozy neighborhood that was perfect for relaxation. Spacious floor plan was more than enough room for my family of 5. Great view of the canal, and the heated pool was perfect on the cooler days. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone considering visiting nearby!

This house was so clean and such a joy. The Management team was great and responsive and very laid back. The location is perfect as it gets you out to Pine Island and Matlatcha in mere minutes and to ft Myers and all thing south quickly too. Such nice touches too like the decorating and the attention to detail as to how to operate items and where to find things. The game tables were great. I wish we would have played more on them. We spent many evenings on the lanai next to the pool and eating out there. The gliders on the pool deck are hypnotizing. Good eating nearby and easy to get in and out of. The shower is nice with a rain head and the whole place is really well kept. Not worn down or salty. Very well kept.

Villa Almost Heaven is a perfect home away from home. When we arrived, it was extremely, extremely clean. The decor is lovely and beds are very comfortable. We stayed for 3 months.It has everything you could need, from ample towels to chef-style kitchenware. The home has a gorgeous, sunny pool area and well-manicured grounds. There is regular caretaking of the property. Our kids loved playing in the pool, biking in the driveway and exploring the wildlife in the area. You are near nature but good food and things to do are nearby.The home has two empty lots on both sides where bunnies and butterflies live, perfect for kids and quiet for adults with no direct neighbors. Plants on the property are lovely, including coconut and banana trees. Rooms are private and well-decorated. Extremely good wi-fi which remained strong even in stormy weather.This is the best home we have stayed in!

We absolutely love the house. It is really beautiful, fully equipped with everything you need and very, very comfortable. Great pool is so amazing, the kids never want to get out! The place is quiet and peaceful anyhow close to many restaurants and shopping. Property manager is very nice and helpful too. Thank you for sharing your home with us!
