• Direct access; no locks or bridges to the Caloosahatchee River that flows into the Gulf of Mexico. Only a 5 minute boat ride. A boater’s dream location.
• Outdoor kitchen with brand new built-in custom marine grade stainless steel grill that has a fridge and outdoor hot/cold sink.
• The pool is extra deep with a newly resurfaced concrete surround. Pool toys are provided. Both electric and solar pool heater.
• Large Lanai area with outdoor TV, new pool cage screens, ceiling fans, furniture and kitchen.

• Completely fenced in backyard with new paver walkway down to the composite dock. The dock has water, electricity, a floating dock, and a fish cleaning station. Manatees, sharks and dolphins have all been in the canal behind Coral Palms and come right up to your dock. Swim ladder on dock.
• Professional landscaping and beautiful green lawn.
• Kayaks, fishing poles, bikes and beach items such as towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler and life jackets. Bring your own boat, or boat and jet ski rentals are available through local agencies.
• Public beach is 5 minutes from the house. The public beach offers a play area for children and adults. 1.25 miles.
• Children and adults may sign up at the Yacht club pool for swimming, water aerobics and Arthritis Fibromyalgia classes. The Yacht Club also has a club house, tennis courts, public boat ramp, a fuel dock, and a pier for fishing or watching fish and dolphins.
• 3 bedroom/2 bath house located in a quiet, upscale, friendly neighborhood. Pristine, clean & comfortably furnished interior that was newly decorated in 2020. New stainless steel kitchen with granite countertops, smart tv with streaming services & blue ray player in the living room, and high-end bedding.
• The Master bedroom has a king size bed with sliding glass doors leading directly to the pool and lanai. A master bath is attached to the bedroom with a tiled walk-in shower and his & her sinks.
• The first guest room has a queen size bed with a bathroom next door.
• -The second guest room has two twin size beds and a sliding door to the pool & lanai.
• Sofa Sleeper is located in the living room with allows the property to sleep up to 8. It is a queen and has a memory foam mattress.

The "Boat House" restaurant at the Yacht Club beach has just been updated and the Yacht Club is finishing up a major makeover!
The "Tiki Bar & Grill" at the Dolphin Key Resort is close by and has live bands on the weekends. They're always running specials and have reasonably priced drinks all the time. (1502 Miramar St.)
There are boat rental companies that will let you keep the boat in the canal at the property which makes getting to the beaches and canal cruising even more enjoyable!

About the owner: We are Minnesota residents and have been going to Cape Coral/Fort Myers for more than 20 years now. Please feel free to reach out with questions, we are glad to help, even if you don't book with us.
We also own an annual rental in Cape Coral as well as this vacation property. Our tenants at that property are into their 5th year with us.
We enjoy the area and like to share our local favorites too. We feel like everyone that stays at Coral Palms are not just our guests, but become our fast friends.
We try to offer our guest great value, and therefore we are not listed on major sites that charge renters additional fees. We don't have a management company, and we don't charge extra for additional guests that might join you on your stay like many other vacation rentals. Honestly we prefer to get our guests just through referrals and friends, and prefer to work with people directly as much as possible. We like meeting new people, and talking with people on a more personal level. Technology like texting, emails, and websites like this are great for bringing us together, but we still think a phone call is a lost art and appreciate the perspective you get with a phone conversation versus just texting and emails. Why this property? This house is very clean, updated and has such great amenities and the location is truly unbeatable. Places like Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island are generally faster to get to by water from here and parking is much less of a hassle by boat. We'd encourage everyone to take advantage of the access from the canal to enjoy why everyone loves Florida; sunshine and the water.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you provide boat rentals?
Currently we do not personally provide a boat rental service, but there are several close to Coral Palms and their information is located in the Coral Palms handbook in the house along with lots of other great information provided. Some of them will let you keep the boat right there at Coral Palms in the canal during the rental period! The boat lift is not included in the rental at this time.
What is your booking and cancellation policy?
Booking: 120 days prior to stay 95% refundable of total stay; less than 120 days is not refundable. Notifications of cancellations must be in the form of email or written notice only, and must have confirmation from owners within 1 business day. A phone call is not an acceptable notice of cancellation, but is also recommended for follow-up to the email/letter. Cancellations must be sent (email) or delivered (letter) by 11:59 pm in the property's time zone.
What about Corona/ Covid-19 related issues and this property?
Our property is professionally cleaned. We have extended our times between check-in and check-out to allow for a more thorough deep cleaning. This also has increased our cleaning fee because it takes longer now to clean the property correctly. We do not charge above and beyond what the company charges us.
Lastly, unless there is a mandate for us to be closed; we are open. If you are worried about virus related issues, we understand, but we can only control to the best of our ability, what is here at Coral Palms. We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home! Plenty of room for the 5 of us - quiet neighborhood. The enclosed pool was especially lovely. We rented a boat and kept it at the dock - did some canal cruising and took it to Sanibel Island. Lobster Lady was a local favorite for lunch and Doc Fords was great for dinner! Would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our stay so much at Coral Palms. They literally have thought of everything to make a vacation exactly that….. a vacation!!!! Our family enjoyed our time together so much with all of the amenities and great care they took to make sure everything needed was there. Although we visited several hotspots in the area, our absolute favorite thing to do was hang out by the pool under the lanai, swim, and fish off of the fishing dock. We loved the open concept of the house, and no matter where you were you could see the beautiful view of the back yard and canal. Our kids kept saying over and over again, “We love this house!” Their ages range from 18 down to 5. They all enjoyed it, and had enough room and their own space. I love how they have updated the house and everything is so clean and modern. The kitchen was awesome! Crystal is so easy to communicate with, and answer any questions you may have. Overall, it was an awesome experience!

We had a great family vacation here. Six of us stayed very comfortably, enjoyed the pool and outside dining. We used the kayaks for a canal boating trip which was a fun adventure. Hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with, great Tiki bar just down the road. Wonderful, we will be back.

Coral Palms gave our family of 6 plenty of room to spread out and relax. The house, pool, canal and property is beautiful. The house had everything we needed and more. We spent a lot of our time floating in the pool and hanging on the patio. It is centrally located in Coral Palms, making it easy to visit the surrounding beaches. Crystal & Joel were great to communicate with and quick respond.

My husband and I along with our 2 english bulldog girls stayed at Coral Palms from mid-June through late September 2021. It was a working remote away from home time for us. We loved the location. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. Crystal and Joel were very friendly and responsive. The neighborhood is quiet and convenient. We took daily walks and loved seeing the burrowing owls out every morning. Close to the Yacht Club which we walked to frequently to watch boats launch / take-out. We enjoyed the kayaks available a couple times as well as the bikes. Any time I had a question, both Crystal and Joel responded right away. Very nice owners and take care of their home away from home. It truly feels like this when we stayed here - not just another vacation rental. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed a long weekend at Coral Palms to catch up with friends-it was the perfect spot! We had plenty of room for six adults to entertain inside and out. We loved the pool and outdoor grill to enjoy some local fare, had everything we needed for amenities and loved how updated the house was. Beautifully decorated while comfortable and relaxing! We loved seeing the burrowing owls on our walks in the neighborhood, enjoyed the view of the water, the proximity to local shops and restaurants and had lots of luck on the fishing charter. Highly recommend as the place to feel at home in SW Florida…..we will definitely be back soon!

This house had 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. It had a well equipped kitchen and 2 dining rooms. We ate in one dining room and set our computers up in the other. The lanai with the heated swimming pool was wonderful! In the back is a canal where every morning we fed the turtles. It was great seeing so many turtles show up each morning. By the time we left 25-30 turtles came in the mornings. The house was close to many parks and recreational areas. We drove to Sanibel Island twice. We went to the beach in Cape Coral and to 2 Art Fests locally, to outdoor food markets and even went to Naples to eat and shop. Most things were within an hour drive. There was plenty to do and see.

My family of 5 returned from staying at this beautiful Cape Coral home. The house was super clean and inviting. The location was perfect! Right on the canal with only a few minute boat ride to the ocean and only a short drive to the beaches, great restaurants and shopping.One of the highlights of staying at this place is the large lanai were we would sit out in the evenings cooking in the outdoor kitchen while the kids splashed in the large pool. There were kayaks, bikes, beach gear, pool toys, fishing poles and more for us to use. We tried fishing right off the dock and it was lots of fun. There was always something for us to do here. The house was fully stocked with all the glassware, cookware, towels and amenities you could want. The beds were super comfy, high speed internet worked great, and washer and dryer were an added bonus.We can’t wait to go back, and would absolutely recommend Coral Palms to anyone visiting the area.

We loved the house and the location. The whole area of cape coral is well maintained and clean. The best part was the enclosed pool area and being able to go just a few steps from the house and throw out a line to fish. The bikes allowed for the kids to go ride around town and have some fun also. If you don't mind a little drive head over to Matlacha or Siesta keys both are nice lil areas to visit. Thanks for such a great place to spend our week hope to see you again

Loved our stay here! The pool right in the backyard was a highlight, along with access to the ocean from the canal in the backyard, which lead us to beautiful Sanibel Island with turquoise waters! Ended our stay with a sunset at the pier on the beach only minutes away from the house!! Highly recommend!! Definitely coming back!!!!
