This home has many updates that you will enjoy with your loved ones and family. Patio doors everywhere light up this home. (Special rate for monthly rental requests from June 1 - November 30.) Have a rental boat delivered right to your dock. Check in at 4pm, check out 10am. Gas and charcoal grill. Pump for beach toys.

Payment policy - 50% due upon booking, remaining 50% due 60 days prior to arrival date. Personal check or cashiers check accepted. Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal also an option. PayPal does accept credit cards. 1.5% fee if you use credit card thru PayPal or Venmo.
