A lovely Sarasota Pink home in a quiet and private neighborhood with a view of two intersecting canals that lead to the Gulf of Mexico. The sun sets every evening over the private pool, the waving Royal palms and the canals.
The home features natural views of sparkling waters, jumping fish, tropical birds and the occasional boat cruising by on it's way to the Gulf.
There is a FULL KITCHEN provided that affords preparation of gourmet and casual meals for the formal dining room or on the lanai pool deck. This
alone save a LOT of money for guests.
Two guest bedrooms are in private area at one end of the house and the Master Bedroom with walk in shower is at the other end. The Master Bedroom has a generous walk in closet as does the Key Lime guest room. There
is a great room with large HD TV and another HD TV in the Master. This home also features a separate sitting and reading area for quiet conversation, reading or contemplation. All of our guests have loved their stay here and many return again and again.

Cape Coral, Florida is a twin city to Fort Myers, Florida. The two cities are divided by the very wide Caloosahatchee River which flows in to the Gulf. Thomas Edison and Henry Ford both built retirement estates here along the river which can be toured today. Cape Coral is just minutes from Southwest Florida International Airport which is serviced by major airlines from all large cities in the USA. Cape Coral is situated on the Gulf Coast between Naples and Sarasota and there are unlimited cultural, recreational and business activities here. Cape Coral is the second largest city in Florida by land area
and THE PINK PALACE is a thirty minute drive from Sanibel and Captiva Islands as well as world famous Fort Myers Beach. Cape Coral Beach is five minutes from the house.

PLEASE READ ! The quoted WEEKLY rates are the rental amount. In addition to the $100 pet fee - there is a cleaning fee of $150. We also add in utility fees for the length of stay. We are happy to quote an ALL-INCLUSIVE price for any length of stay - a minimum of 7 nights. This would include the pet fee, cleaning fee, all utilities and taxes. This would be arranged after a conversation with guests as to how many people, arrival and departure date, number of children and number of pets if any. If we quote an all-inclusive price there will be no other expenses.
Our insurance company insists on a security deposit - which is returned after departure assuming that all is well with the house, the contents and all furnishings and appliances. We also need names and addresses of all guests and a secure contact number for phone and email while in residence.
This is a smoking outside only home and is not to be used for parties, events or any activity with more than six people in the house. Absolutely no overnight guests that are not included in the original contract
