About this rental
I've designed my home to a mid century modern feel with the goal of making it a cozy home. As a traveler myself, I enjoy meeting new people and renting places that feel like home; I would love to invite you here to share with you my home. This home will come fully furnished. There's a split floor plan (two bedrooms near garage and the master bedroom on the other end), there's a grill out in the lanai, full kitchen with island, the pool and jacuzzi are heated inside pool cage and with a privacy hedge around the property, fire pit on site, lanai area has flat screened television and relaxation area to be with loved ones, front door keyless entry, exterior security cameras, there's a King size bed in the master bedroom and 2 double beds in the two other bedrooms as well as a sofa sleeper in the living room (can sleep up to 6 comfortably, but space can fit up to 8 persons).

Southwest Florida has one of the best climates in the U.S. Whether you're coming to Cape Coral for golfing, the yacht club, fishing, animal sightseeing, or to getaway just for the week, you'll absolutely enjoy it here. Some places to visit include Cape Coral Yacht Club, Tarpon Point, Farmer's Market, Veterans' Memorial Park, Historical Museum, to name a few. Other popular areas nearby include: Matlacha, Pine Island, Fort Myers (Edison Estates and Manatee Park), Sanibel, Estero, Naples (Lowdermilk Park).

About the owner: I've lived in Norfolk/Virginia Beach, Virginia as well as in southern California and currently fly back and forth between Florida and California for work. My past times include painting, yoga and morning stretches, tennis, water activities, traveling, and enjoying a great meal. Above all, I love being able to spend time with loved ones wherever that may be. Internationally, I've traveled to: Spain, Canada, Southeast Asia (thailand, cambodia, vietnam), Japan, Korea. I collect a souvenir from each place I visit to put into a scrapbook. I looking forward to being able to see Australia, Germany, and more of Europe.
Why this property? I ultimately decided to purchase a property in Cape Coral, FL due to its private location as well as the amazing weather. This is going to be my retirement home, but until I get there, I would like to share it with you all.

We had a great time at Wendy's place. The communication was super easy and quick. The place is quiet, clean, and spacious -- looks exactly like it does in the pictures. The neighborhood is very conveniently located. It is close to all the lovely restaurants and bars of the area. Would absolutely recommend to stay here!!
