This freshly remodeled villa boasts a stunning 3,028 square feet with 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The moment you open the front door you will be immersed in paradise when you see your beautiful heated pool and closed in lanai area surrounded by palm trees! The patio area has your own table and chairs, along with a BBQ for cooking. The lanai is fully screened in, so there will be no worries about your bug friends invading your privacy during your stay! When you walk into the house from the pool, you will enter your brand new kitchen area with seats along the island to hang out! The kitchen is stocked with coffee machines and everything you need to cook during your stay! Your living room has a large couch with plenty of room for everyone along with a ROKU smart TV to stream all your favorite movies and shows (personal login credentials are required to stream). Your master bedroom on the first floor is equipped with its own bathroom and can access the pool deck area. Upstairs you will find the entire floor devoted to your second master bedroom, fully equipped with its own bathroom and plenty of privacy. 2 of the guest bedrooms are equipped with 2 full size beds in each. The last guest bedroom has a queen bed with amazing canal views! Both Master bedrooms are equipped with their own ROKU smart TV's. Creating a relaxing and fun vacation full of memories for our guests is very important to us, and this villa is set up for you to do just that!

AMENITIES: We understand the importance of ensuring our guests have a comfortable and stress free stay. To that end, we are pleased to offer a complimentary "starter pack" of essential supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, trash bags for your convenience upon arrival at Surfin' On Surfside. Our goal is to provide a warm and welcoming experience from the moment you step through the doors. Please note that while we strive to make your stay as comfortable as possible, it is the responsibility of our guests to replenish any supplies that may be depleted beyond our starter pack. We appreciate your corporation in ensuring that all of our guests can enjoy a pleasant and hassle free stay!

TOWELS: Guest that are staying for less than one week receive 1 pool towel, 1 bath towel, and 1 hand towel per each guest. Guests that staying for more than one week receive 2 of each.

Other details to note:

NO SMOKING: Do not smoke inside or close to the perimeter where smoke would come inside. You will be charged additional fees if smoking odor or ashes is found.

NO PETS/SERVICE ANIMALS: Unfortunately we cannot accommodate guests with service animals or emotional support animals due to members of our management crew having severe allergies. You will be charged additional fees if breaching either of these rules.

NO PARTIES. We kindly ask that you do not plan any parties during your stay (pre-approved small gatherings require host's approval). Our focus is on providing a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all of our guests. To ensure everyone's safety and comfort, any guests who violate this rule will be asked to leave immediately without refund. Thank you in advance for understanding and respecting this rule.

CHECK-IN/OUT RULES: Our check-in time is 5 PM and check-out time is 10 AM. If you need an early check-in, you can request it no earlier than the night before your arrival, and we will do our best to accommodate your request for additional fee of $50 per hour. Please note that early check-ins are not guaranteed, and we cannot approve any requests made outside this window. Late check-outs can also be requested up to two days before your departure, subject to availability and for an additional fee of $50 per hour. Any unapproved check-outs will be charged a $300 fee.

We strive to maintain all of our appliances and amenities in good working order, but if you encounter any issues, please let us know within 24 hours of check-in so we can address them promptly. We do not offer refunds due to unforeseen circumstances such as power outrages, water shortage, flooding, severe weather conditions, construction noise, or mandatory evacuations. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to providing you with a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
