Our air-conditioned Seaside Villa The Sanibel inspires not only by its south orientation, but also by its bright and friendly interior. From the first day of your vacation, the beach feeling will not let you go.
Enjoy the sun all day long in the pool area. Relax on the available sunbeds or cool off in the pool or spa, which are checked weekly by a pool service. And should the sun not show itself, both are also heatable on wish.
The Seaside Villa The Sanibel is also ideal for boaters. Within a few minutes you can reach the open river from the existing boat deck. If you are interested in renting a boat, please contact us.
Enjoy your dinner with friends and family overlooking the canal, which you can prepare on the gas grill. The kitchen is equipped with all essential utensils such as tableware, dishes, coffee maker and a refrigerator with ice and water dispenser.
The master bedroom with direct access to the pool and master bathroom has a TV. The master bathroom features two sinks, a large walk-in shower and a soaking tub.
Two additional guest bedrooms provide enough space for family and friends. One of the guest rooms has a queen size bed and the other has a king size bed. There is a TV in both guest rooms. In the additional guest bathroom there is a shower, a toilet and a sink.

For me to be able to give this vacation to my two beautiful boys Cameron and John along with myself and my husband. The house was beyond what we imagined.
