This beautiful villa is located in the heart of Cape Coral, in the Yacht Club. It is very close to the river. It is an absolute top boating location, where you are on the open water in about 2 minutes.
From the pool deck you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets! The interior design is classic American, and nothing is missing in the house.
Enjoy the heated pool, relax on one of the sun loungers in the spacious outdoor area, or on the additional terrace at the canal.
Cape Coral is an absolute dream on the water. To this villa you can rent a boat, if you are interested, just ask for it when booking.
A great and quiet neighborhood in the heart of Cape Coral Yacht Club. For large groups you can also rent the two vacation rentals next to this house.
Smoking is not permitted in this villa.
Out of consideration for guests with allergies pets are not allowed. No exception.
On site you will be looked after by our bilingual property management in German or English.
The garage is not available for guests. You have a parking space in front of the house.

The weekly prices are valid with an allocation of 2 adults.
2 Persons : $ 1,467.00 /per week/lowseason. Our prices include 6,5% Sales Tax and 5% Tourist Tax.
For an occupancy of 3 persons or more, a personal offer will be made, as the prices cannot be displayed here.
High season: 20% surcharge mid December to mid May.
Easter surcharge: 20% (3 days before to 7 days after Easter).
Christmas surcharge: 20% (1 day before to 14 days after Christmas.
All cancellations must be made in writing. For cancellations received on Sundays and public holidays at Happy Cape, the next working day will be considered the entrance. A late takeover of the rental property does not reduce the rental price. The conclusion of a cancellation insurance or the like is strongly recommended. The cancellation fees are as follows:
- up to 20 days before arrival 50% of the invoice amount
- 19 to 2 days before arrival 80% of the invoice amount
- 1 day before arrival and on the day of arrival the full amount of the invoice is due.
