This beautiful, newly renovated 3-bedroom home is located in the peaceful Cape Coral Yacht Club Basin neighborhood and less than a mile from downtown Cape Coral:
- The house has a very open floor plan with LVT flooring throughout. It is great for entertaining and relaxing alike. It is also pet friendly!

Loved my stay!

I had so much fun at this house. The area is adorable and the house was beautiful. This is exactly what I needed for my Florida getaway. The decor was so cute, I loved the hot tub and it was overall so cozy and I slept amazing! I definitely recommend.

Great stay in Cape Coral

I loved my stay at this beautiful newly renovated home in Cape Coral. I especially loved spending time in the hot tub and I always had great communication with the host when I needed anything. It was clean and organized and great privacy, I will definitely be back!!
