Welcome to Endless Summer at Casa Coral! This beautifully updated coastal home boasts stunning views, tasteful furnishings, and is DOG FRIENDLY. The outdoor living space features a waterfront dock and a heated, Southern exposure pool w/ sunrise & sunset views. Fish from the dock, eat dinner pool side, or bathe in the sun. Ideally located in the beautiful Four Mile Cove Neighborhood with easy access to shopping, grocery stores, restaurants/bars, and the nearby beaches of Sanibel Island & Fort Myers.
This 3 bedroom, 2 bath coastal home is the perfect spot for relaxation. With indoor and outdoor dining options, you can create endless memories while enjoying our waterfront views. The outdoor area comes equipped with Adirondack chairs, a gas grill, umbrella covered lounge chairs, and a private heated pool. Additionally, your little ones and fur babies can play safely in the fully fenced in backyard.
The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials to cook gourmet meals: stainless steel dishwasher, fridge, oven, 4 burner stove top, and microwave | Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster, rice cooker, sandwich maker, waffle maker, tea kettle, cooking basics, pots and pans, dishware, flatware, etc.
GENERAL: Free high-speed Wi-Fi; central heating & A/C; ceiling fans (in each room); washer/dryer; linens/towels; and complimentary toiletries, laundry detergent, hair dryer, hangers, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and dish soap.
TVs: the living room, lanai, and each bedroom is equipped with a smart tv to access your personal streaming accounts; the house does not have cable tv.
POOL HEATER: included in the nightly rate (November-April); no additional fees

Lady Lobster in Cape Coral has the best seafood if you are looking for a fine dining experience. Or if you want a local place with fresh caught fish try the Blue Dog in Matlacha. Their food is outstanding and very inexpensive.
The Mexico Lindo on Del Prado has incredible homemade Mexican. Try the street tacos or red snapper: divine!
Inside Scoop
The property is located near the Memorial Bridge; however, there is a toll to cross this bridge going westbound from Fort Meyers into Cape Coral. You can cross the north bridge on Cleveland Street for free. When you are going eastbound from Cape Coral to Fort Meyers, the Memorial bridge is free.
Or most car rental places will sell you a toll pass for $10 per day.

About the owner: I'm an Ohio native who attended the College of Wooster in Wooster, Ohio. I've dedicated my entire career to education and currently work as a treasurer for a public school district. My partner Nate and I stay active with cycling, kayaking, and swimming. We love also love the beautiful weather and sunshine of Florida.
Why this property? Last year I purchased my dream home in SW Florida. I fell in love with the friendly, boating community of Cape Coral where the average year-round temperature is 80 -- it truly is Endless Summer! I currently live in Ohio, but one day this will be my forever home. Until then, I'm thrilled to be able to share my Casa Coral with you and your family. I hope you will enjoy the stunning waterfront views while relaxing by the pool as much as I do.

What type of coffee maker do you have?
Keurig single cup, as well as a regular coffee pot. A starter kit of k cups, tea bags, sugars, and creamers is provided.
Do you provide towels and linens?
Yes, the laundry room is stocked with wash cloths, hand and bath towels as well as beach towels. Each bedroom closet has extra sheets, pillows, and blankets.
Is there a tv on the lanai?
Yes, a 43 inch smart tv was installed on the lanai in October of 2023.
Do you have cable television?
No, the house does not have cable tv. Each bedroom and living room has a smart tv so that guests can login to their own streaming accounts.
Does the kitchen have pots and pans?
Yes, the kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, cutlery, dishes and the essentials for cooking, including olive oil and basic spices.
Do you provide beach equipment?
Yes, the house has six beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, and beach towels that can be taken to nearby beaches.
Is the house close to stores?
Yes, grocery stores, gas stations, liquor store and basic shopping needs are within a mile from the house, including Wal-Mart, Publix, Aldi, and Home Goods.
Do you provide toiletries?
A starter kit of shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, kitchen sponge, and paper towels are provided. Additional supplies can be purchased at nearby Wal-Mart.
Is the pool heated?
Yes, the pool is heated October-April and set to 88 degrees.
Does the house have an iron and ironing board?
Yes, these items are located in the laundry room.
Can I park my vehicle in the garage?
Yes, there is space for one vehicle to be parked in the garage. There is space in the driveway for four vehicles and street parking is free.
Do you provide a hair dryer?
Yes, each bathroom has a hair dryer.
Do you have USB ports?
Yes, each bedroom has USB ports on the night stands. There is also a USB port in the kitchen.

Liz L.A truly magnificent home from home
We stayed in Casa Coral in October. Upon arrival, we found the check-in procedure clear and easy to follow. The house itself is incredibly well stocked with everything you would need for your vacation. The beds are THE most comfortable that we have ever slept in, anywhere! The layout of the house was perfect for our family and was cleaned to a very high standard. The neighborhood was quiet and safe with all amenities at the end of the street. Now on to the pool….. The pool was our favourite part of our holiday. It was warm, clean and has the most incredible views of the canal. We spend many relaxing days just lounging by the pool. The lanai is amazing too. We saw bald eagles, osprey, coyotes, burrowing owls and iguanas all within close proximity to the villa. We would definitely 100% recommend Casa Coral to anybody looking for a nice comfortable villa in Cape Coral. The host was communicative and responsive to any questions we had. Thank you Rachel for sharing your beautiful home with us. We will definitely be back.

My family and I stayed at this location for the summer. It was great! The location is within an hour of various beaches, stores, restaurants, outside markets, parks, and other social activities. The owner thought of everything for fun, with fishing equipment, beach supplies, pool activities, an outside TV, a grill, and many other items to encourage fun. The house was clean and had great signal strength for wifi. And if you forgot something at home, the house has many extra supplies: beach towels, cleaning supplies, cooking utensils, food condiments, and a draw full of games. The house is nice for couples and families. My wife and I stayed two weeks alone and then invited family down later. We really enjoyed the quiet location and friendly neighborhood. We even took a few walks in the morning.

We stayed in Casa Coral from Oct 1 st through the 10th. The Home is situated on a lovely,quiet street near a plethora of shopping. The home is on a canal that is absolutely gorgeous and so peaceful. The home is equipped with everything thing anyone would need for the length of any stay. We went to the beach in Fort Myers and sat on the Tommy Chairs and had an umbrella to keep the sun from baking us!! The pool was the highlight of our stay. It is heated and large and we used the many floats available to relax and float. The night lights in the pool Abled us to swim late at night. We grilled out and ate on the Lanai and we're never bothered by anyone from any side! Out stay was top notched! I would recommend staying in Casa Coral!!

We loved our stay. Dog friendly too. Fenced in. And on a canal. Relaxing. Pool too. We were allowed to use the attached garage too. Saw burrowing owls nearby. Neighbors actually have perches in their yard for the little owls to rest on. Cute. So tiny. I'm not so sure our dog noticed during our walks. Nice home. And able to visit my 96 year old Mom at a Senior center nearby. Thank goodness for air conditioning. It was hot in Southern Florida.

This home in Cape Coral made us feel right at home. It lacked nothing!!!! Rachel was so easy to work with. Her response time was immediate and pleasant. We needed peace and quiet and that's what we had. Supermarket is right at the end of the street and anything you need is within a minute's drive. We'll definately be re-booking again!!!

Staying at this house was perfect! Very clean & comfortable! It has everything you need! I loved the outdoor pool. My husband enjoyed fishing in canal. Fort Myers beach is only 30 minutes away. Lots of fun stuff to do in the area from renting a boat, golfing or eating out! We definitely look forward to staying again!

At first glance all you see is the beautiful pool with the canal. We spent as much time as we could on the patio overlooking the canal and the pool that changes colors at night. Plenty of room to eat and play. Our first trip was to Fort Myers Beach which was an easy 20 minute drive. We found parking close to the beach and food trucks and places to get drinks. Plenty of activities to choose from right on the beach. We chose to parasail but they also offer jet skiing. The following day we ventured to Sanibel Island which was a 30 minute drive. Again we found a beautiful beach which was very peaceful and relaxing. There are thousands of shells to pick from. Also 5 minutes from our home we found a boat to rent and spent the day on the ocean near Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island. This home is in a great location close to downtown Cape Coral which has many restaurants and shops. We also visited Pine Island and St James City for some yummy steamed shrimp. We found pickle ball courts close by too. This home has everything you need for your beach vacation and the host is a phone call away. Updated, very clean and so comfortable. We didn't want to leave. We would definitely stay again.

We took my niece, nephew, and our dog to Casa Coral for a week. Only wish we had been able to stay an extra week. It was that nice.Having an entire house to yourself is the only way to go. Had total privacy. Didn’t have to worry about hearing people in the hall or next door, as one does at a hotel. I prefer to bring our dog than board her and I do not like doing that at a hotel. Here there’s a fenced in yard that’s plenty big for our dog.We all had our own room which had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and clean! Actually, the entire place was super clean which is a must for us. They get 5 stars for that alone.The home matched the pictures we saw online, but don’t do it justice. The lanai was fabulous. Getting up to an amazing sunrise & relaxing by the pool would be good on any day, but to have it attached to our bedroom was a bonus. Follow that with seeing the sun set from the privacy of our pool and it made for a perfect day.We’re going to book for next year now because these are the kinds of places that are hard to come by….and then might not be available if you wait too long.

This home is beautiful comfortable and full of all the necessary amenities. Fully loaded. My family and I loved the pool during the evenings very relaxing and comfortable. It’s close to attractions, stores, restaurants and best of all many beaches. We will be visiting and staying there again soon for sure.
