Located in a newer residential area in southwest Cape Coral, this villa offers a quiet and well-kept neighborhood setting, surrounded by mostly newer homes. It is an ideal place to enjoy a relaxed stay in a peaceful environment.

With approximately 2,260 sq ft of living space, the villa accommodates up to 6 guests and features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds, offering a high level of comfort. The master bedroom provides direct access to the pool area. One of the bathrooms is equipped with both a bathtub and a shower, while the second bathroom includes a shower.

The bright living area is furnished with comfortable sofas and is perfect for relaxing evenings watching TV. A CD player and DVD player are also available.

The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and offers everything needed for preparing meals. The kitchen bar is suitable for breakfast or a quick snack, while the adjacent dining area provides space for shared meals.

From the dining area, you can access the covered terrace with seating for 6 and a view of the pool. A gas grill is available for outdoor cooking. The heated pool and sun loungers offer a comfortable space to relax and enjoy your time outside.
