There are four bedrooms, each with a TV and en-suite bathroom, 2 bedrooms have direct access to the pool area. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower, bathtub and double sink. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom are also equipped with a king size bed and the attached bathrooms are equipped with a walk-in shower. The 4th bedroom has two twin beds, which can be placed individually or together. Also in this bathroom you will find a walk-in shower.

In the bright living area with a flat screen TV, furnished with attention to detail, you will feel right at home and be able to really relax. A large couch with armchairs and a tournament-sized billiard table invite you to linger for a cozy get-together. The I-Pod you brought with you can be connected to the stereo system. The open dining area and the adjoining kitchen complete the picture of the living area. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything from a large American fridge with icemaker, stove, microwave, juicer, etc., of course, as well as a sufficient number of crockery and cutlery.

The large, north-facing terrace guarantees undisturbed sunny days and pure holiday pleasure. The electrically heated pool with whirlpool invites you to relax and unwind. The covered seating area with outdoor kitchen with gas grill and TV is ideal for convivial barbecues. Comfortable sun loungers are also available for you. The beautiful plants give you a wonderful view of the canal. Shops, supermarkets and numerous restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. Banks and petrol stations as well as golf courses and tennis courts can also be reached in a short time. Cool boxes, beach towels, parasols and much more are available for your beach trip. Miromar Outlet Mall is approximately 25 minutes away and other attractions are also just a short drive away.
