The Sonos sound system is integrated in all rooms. Free high-speed WiFi is available throughout the villa, on the terrace and on the boat deck. High-quality landscape audios are installed outside.

The open-plan kitchen-living room is fully equipped with a 5-zone induction stove, steamer, fridge-freezer with ice cube maker, dishwasher and oven. Coffee lovers will be delighted with the Nespresso coffee machine, Keurig coffee machine and an additional filter coffee machine with milk frother. The dining table offers enough space for the whole family. The master bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and free-standing bathtub.
