This a non smoking property, 2 dog limit per stay if pet fee is paid, no third party bookings and no parties allowed.

About the owner: We are a couple of Canadians who love to travel to Florida . We love to go boating, fishing and enjoy the local restaurants. We bought our little piece of Florida to be able to get away from the Ontario winters.
Why this property? Guests love the quiet neighbourhood that Sunshine Villa is located in. We get a lot of great reviews about our toasty warm heated pool and hot tub. Many guests bring their dogs and love having the fully fenced backyard to run and play in.
