You will enjoy the game room with pool table. In the adjacent butler's pantry you can mix a cocktail or enjoy a properly chilled wine from the wine chiller.

The huge Raised-Island-Bar is perfect for special entertainment. Adjacent to the kitchen, you will find the spacious dining area with ample space for 8 people. The vacation rental „Villa Sanibel Shell“ is near the Veterans Pkwy and the Cape Coral Pkwy in a very quiet area on a direct gulf access. You can walk or ride with a bicycle from us to the most important things like supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacys and doctors. The location is perfect!
