Come share our home with an electric heated private saltwater pool and spa in Lovely Cape Coral. Our home has a lot of upgrades and is perfect for a private quiet place to sit by the saltwater pool with new electric heaters for both saltwater pool and spa, relax in the hot tub . We have a private Fully-fenced in backyard, a BBQ grill, fully furnished with new mattresses, Linens and a fully equipped kitchen throughout the home. Each Bedroom is equipped with 40" TV's.
The family room is equipped with a new 50" Smart TV. We have the highest speed WiFi that Xfinity offers, so streaming and gaming throughout the home should be a breeze!
We have always looked forward to owning a private home in Sunny Florida. This is a special place for us to escape from our cold NH home. We look forward to sharing it with you and your family.

All your beach supplies are here waiting for you....beach chairs, coolers, ice packs, beach table, beach toys for the little ones, a beach wagon, umbrellas, shelling bags ! You don't even have to bring beach towels...8 towels are supplied! Near Ft Myers, Sanibel and other numerous beaches too! This home has it all. Not far from golf, restaurants, beach, boating and shops. If you prefer to stay in you can enjoy the screened in Lanai with heated salt water pool and spa...very private 6 foot fence around the yard. Board Games for the kids and adults too! All the conveniences of home.
This city has its share of annual events that draw a crowd. For example in November, the Coconut Festival showcases local bands and restaurants, plus carnival rides and fun contests for the kids. It’s a small town fair with more cotton candy than you can handle. A month later, in December, the Festival of Lights offers train rides for toddlers, holiday themed decorations, and a beautiful lights display. When the weather’s warmer, the Red, White and BOOM celebration showcases one of the most amazing fireworks displays in the country, as well as plenty of vendors, attractions, food, and patriotic, family-friendly activities.
Sunsplash Waterpark is great inexpensive fun for the whole family, The Shell Factory has a zoo, rides for the kiddos and great outdoor dining along with a huge gift shop that is reasonably priced. Top Golf is also an amazing experience for the whole family even non golfers.

Sakura Japanese makes a mean dragon roll and the drinks are amazing! The Boathouse will never do you wrong. They always have fans running to keep cool and music playing. The Bloody Mary there...is a must try! It is like a meal.

Terms & Conditions
The renter agrees to be responsible for all damages in excess of $800.00 which will be determined if necessary by arbitration. The Damage Waiver covers any 'Accidental Damages' to the interior or exterior of the property. The renter agrees that in the event of failure to agree by arbitration, proceedings will be held in the Lee County Court. After your departure, the accommodation is inspected by Housekeeping Inspectors. The accommodation must be left in reasonable and clean condition or extra cleaning charges may be imposed by an hourly rate. In the event that it is found that the accommodation incurred careless damages, requires excessive cleaning, or has missing items, the guest acknowledges and agrees their credit card will be debited to replace said items at the fair market price, invoices will be provided if necessary. Customer agrees to pay reasonable attorney fees and all court costs and expenses to enforce this agreement including appellate proceeds with or without legal proceedings.
Security Deposit
In the event of cancellation, deposit refunds are as follows:
• 75% refund of deposit, if cancelled 120 days prior to the guest Check-in Date
• 40% refund of deposit, if cancelled 90 days prior to the guest Check-in Date
• There is no refund less than 90 days prior to the guest Check-in Date
REFUND POLICY
If a guest must cancel less than 90 days prior to the guest Check-in Date, and if requested by the guest, we will endeavor to re-rent the property for the dates the guest originally reserved.

Nancy & Frank… I am so happy & thankful you opened your house to our family. It was such a wonderful time and you had everything we needed to make our vacation phenomenal!The neighborhood was very peaceful. Loved the convenience of everything around, especially enjoyed the Smoothie King just down the road. And the beaches were not too far away and were wonderful as well. Also love the heated pool, hot tub & hammocks in the backyard!Communication was incredible. Anytime I contacted Nancy, I was responded to within minutes. Would highly recommend staying here and would definitely return if we get the chance. Thank you for everything!

This was our first time renting a vacation home. This place was wonderful - great location, nice quiet neighborhood, loved the floor plan of the house and to top if off, it had a pool & hot tub in the backyard which our grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed. The owner of the home was extremely helpful and addressed all of our needs. Would love to stay here again.

Nancy and Frank were very accommodating and are the BEST vacation renters I have ever dealt with. I arrived to a very clean home and it had everything my family needed including drinks in the fridge and a bag with goodies to greet me. It was like walking into a five star hotel only with a private pool, spa and back yard. There is a welcome book to explain all of the little technicalities of the home including favorite local places to go to. The home is in a very quiet neighborhood, peaceful backyard, very well maintained. No bugs to be found anywhere. Very close and convenient to many stores, restaurants, churches, parks and beaches. Anytime I had any questions Nancy responded immediately. My family and I are definitely going to be coming back to stay here.
