With approximately 1,956 sq ft of living space, the villa accommodates up to 8 guests and features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and includes an en suite bathroom with bathtub, walk-in shower, double vanity, and toilet. A second bedroom also offers a king-size bed, while the third bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed. The fourth bedroom features two twin beds arranged as a loft bed setup. Three of the bedrooms are equipped with TVs.
The open living area is designed to be both comfortable and inviting. A spacious seating area, a modern dining table for shared meals, and a fully equipped kitchen with high-quality appliances and countertops create a functional and welcoming space.
The outdoor area extends across almost the full width of the villa and is designed for enjoying the Florida climate. The terrace features an electrically heated saltwater pool, offering a comfortable and low-chlorine swimming experience. A covered seating area with gas grill is ideal for outdoor dining, while sun loungers provide space to relax throughout the day. The screened lanai ensures added comfort.

Met our needs and more!
This was our 7th winter in Florida since retirement. This was the 7th house we have rented. We prefer NW Cape Coral due to it's location to the airport, attractions and the nearness to our favorite restaurants. The house was very nice and the management comapny was excellent. They were avaiable and quick to respond. Would highly recommend!
