As soon as you enter, you are greeted by an inviting sight of a comfortable, gray couch that invites you to relax and enjoy a cozy evening in front of the TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and has a high-quality worktop, so you will not lack anything. At the heart of the villa is a modern dining table with space for the whole family. The master bedroom and the guest bedroom have a king-size bed, and the third bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed. In the 4th bedroom there are 2 single beds as a loft bed. The master bathroom has a comfortable bathtub, shower, toilet and 2 sinks. The second bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet and has direct access to the pool area. 3 bedrooms have a TV.

The outdoor area extends almost the entire width of the house and is fenced off with a pool screen. The electrically heated saltwater pool (no chlorine smell & particularly skin-friendly) invites you to relax and unwind. The pool is south facing and the covered seating area with a gas grill is ideal for sociable barbecue evenings. A total of 4 comfortable sun loungers are also available.
