A good night´s sleep is guaranteed in the villa´s 2 bedrooms – one of which features a king-size bed, a TV and direct access to the pool area. The second bedroom comes also with a king-size bed and extra-large wardrobe. In addition, each bedroom has its own bathroom.

If you like to spend your evenings indoors, you will love the big, open living area. Here, you can unwind on comfortable sofas, socialize with your guests and enjoy movies on a giant flat-screen TV.

Of course, preparing meals is no problem, either. The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities you need on vacation: oven, stove plates, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher – as well as a variety of utensils like coffee maker, blender and toaster.

When it comes to dining, the choice is yours: Right next to the kitchen counter, you will find a small breakfast table. Or do you want to invite more guests? Then, have a seat in the elegant dining area. The table offers enough space for 6 people and another table is located in the roofed section of the lanai.

Speaking of the lanai: There, you will find the villa´s beautiful pool. Steps and a ladder allow for easy access. Thanks to heating, you can swim at any weather, and 4 sunbeds are available. Use the villa´s gas grill to prepare delicious barbecues – or celebrate the sunset while having a drink in the lounge area. The lanai is surrounded by a special cage, so you do not have to worry about mosquitos in the evening.

In addition to all these amenities, Villa Palm Tree also amazes with its location. From this vacation home, you can reach Cape Coral´s most important spots in no time. The supermarkets Walmart, Publix and Aldi are only a 5–10-minute drive away, and the same applies to the restaurants on Cape Coral Parkway. Looking for things to do in the vicinity? No problem. 7 miles north, Sun Splash Family Waterpark offers exciting slides. Gator Mike´s Family Fun Park is located right next-door, and in 15 minutes, you can drive from the villa to Cape Coral´s public beach.

IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES:
1. The use of the boat dock and the boat lift (if available) is only allowed for insurance reasons when renting boats from Vacation in Florida Inc. House customers will receive a 10 % coupon via e-mail after booking for our offers on
2. The price does not include electricity consumption. Electricity consumption will be charged after departure with 15ct. per Kwh. Consumption varies depending on the time of year as well as the use of the pool heater and air conditioning. The average cost of electricity per week is $35-$50.
3. Cleaning of the grill is not included in the cleaning fee. We ask you to clean the grill yourself after use. Cleaning by our cleaning team will be charged with additional $50. We provide all guests with consumables in the form of toilet paper, detergent and garbage bags free of charge for the first 2-3 days of your stay.
4. In case of a cancellation, we charge a handling fee of 5% on the payment amount already made. This fee is automatically offset against the refund.
5. The personal on-site check-in usually takes place the day after your arrival between 9:00 - 11:00 am and it is mandatory. The person who made the booking must be present in person and must be able to identify himself/herself (identity card).
