Our Nature Park Preserve Villa is located at the beautiful Rotary Park. Walk out the back door and enjoy one of Cape Coral’s favorite recreation areas! The 65 acre park has an education center, a butterfly house, miles of walking trails, 4 ponds and 2 observation towers. In just a few minutes you can walk to the Tarpon Point Marina with its restaurants.
The home has a bright open living area and has been beautifully remodeled. The two main bedrooms look out onto the sparkling, fully screened and solar heated pool and the lush green park beyond. The fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, oven/stove, microwave, and dishwasher is a cook’s dream. And of course, the two bicycles belonging to the house may be used free of charge!
