We rented this house for many years until the end of 2015, and from then this home was not used as a vacation rental. We will be glad to rent the house again for the new owner.

My husband and I stayed in his home for four weeks. Our daughter and her family spent a week with us. The grandchildren ages two and five absolutely adore the pool. We had plenty of room, each grandchild had their own bedroom and slept well. Everything was as advertised, and very clean and updated. The kitchen utensils and equipment were excellent. Very nice grill outdoors. Washer was noisy as easily off balance. Location to shops and restaurants was good. We went to Ft. Myers Beach several times. Was a 30-40 minute drive. Would definitely recommend this home, and we hope to return in the future.

Nice home with lovely lanai area and great salt water pool. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which is perfect. Beds were comfy. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable furniture. Nice wide canal and quiet neighborhood. Could use some new pool floats as only one was in good shape. (the neighbor was kind enough to lend us some). Did have small issue with ants, but was immediately taken care of by very responsive property manager. Had a lovely two weeks and would definitely go back again.
