The boat lift does not belong to the rental contract. You may use the dock to tie up your rental boat, which you may book with us as well.
The concrete dock may be used for sunbathing and for fishing.
We rented this house for many years until the end of 2015, and from then this home was not used as a vacation rental. We will be glad to rent the house again for the new owner.

Kathleen B.Lovely retreat
Nice home with lovely lanai area and great salt water pool. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which is perfect. Beds were comfy. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable furniture. Nice wide canal and quiet neighborhood. Could use some new pool floats as only one was in good shape. (the neighbor was kind enough to lend us some). Did have small issue with ants, but was immediately taken care of by very responsive property manager. Had a lovely two weeks and would definitely go back again.
