Spacious air conditioned home on large plot and not overlooked! Living area with 3 sofas and huge TV with cable triple play included and doors to pool deck. Dining tables and chairs enough for all guests and seating at breakfast bar.
Refurbished kitchen with granite work tops, stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and other electrical items for the cook! In fact there is plenty of hardware, china, glassware, cutlery even for a Christmas dinner!
Also on ground floor a toilet/shower room, twin bedroom TV and two queen en suite bedrooms with TV, one of which having doors out to lanai.
Games room, air conditioned, TV, pool table, darts, table tennis/ping pong.
Washer and dryer in cupboard along with pool towels.
Upstairs on the landing/loft area a sofa with TV.
Queen bedroom, twin bedroom both with TV and sharing family bathroom.
King bedroom, TV, large en suite with separate bath and shower, two vanity units.
Doors out onto balcony with fabulous view of lake and table and chairs to enjoy that quiet drink away from it all!

Tables and chairs under a long lanai for alfresco meals shaded from sun. Good for baby - we have pak 'n'play, bed linen too!
Area Information
Cumbrian Lakes has five lakes to explore and fishing is permitted. There is a 'tot lot' and small play area. You will see plenty of wildlife, maybe even an alligator!
We are only 15-20 minutes away from all the Disney attractions, golf courses, shopping malls, restaurants are all nearby. Walmart superstore is the closest for all the essentials!
Air boat rides at Boggy Creek, Medieval Times, Old Town, Gatorland, the Wheel at ICON Park plus much more, search events on internet. Many golf courses.
Kissimmee Station is also very close by and has a large car park so you can take a trip on SUNRAIL and enjoy a day out without the car! Tickets are cheap too! We like to take a trip for shopping at independent shops and enjoying dinner at any one of the many restaurants before getting the last train back at around 10.00pm.

About the owner: Both Tom and I have businesses in Romford and Dagenham and have lived in Romford, Essex for many years. Tom loves his trains and was delighted when a Sunrail station was built by Home Depot just up the road from Cumbrian Lakes!
Why this property? Friends of ours owned this house before us so when they decided to sell we bought it. Having spent enjoyable holidays with them it wasn't a hard decision to make! Tom and I both have busy lives in the UK so it really is great to spend time in our home away from home.

Yes, charge is $30 a day inc. tax
What temperature is pool and jacuzzi when heated?
Pool 85-88 degrees and jacuzzi 100-102 degrees. To keep heat in the blanket must be put on at night.

This house easily accommodated 11 of us which was ourselves, our two sons and their families - 6 adults and 5 grandchildren (including a set of 20 month old twins). The location was perfect to access all the local attractions including 20 minutes by car to the Disney parks. The configuration of the house gave everyone a comfortable sleeping space and convenient bathrooms. The pool and hot tub were great and we had the weather to enjoy them (we splurged to heat the pool and it was worth it). We felt we had good privacy because the house backs on to a small lake and green space which was also very nice. The laundry facilities really came in handy with the little ones! And a couple of strollers and packNplay beds for the twins was most approached. All in all, we have to thank the owner, Dianne, for helping us have a memorable 18 day family vacation!

Harry you will be pleased to know since you are again staying a month in our home in 2024 that we have had a new washer installed as the old workhorse of 20 years has just pegged out!
