Half of the vacation fun will be exploring all the fun bedrooms in this luxury villa! Grown-ups and kids alike will love the themed bedrooms each with its own TV.

On the first floor, you’ll find two accessible bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a large, comfortable king-sized bed and a private bathroom with a separate bathtub and shower. The guests staying in this room will enjoy direct access to the patio and pool through a door towards the rear of the bathroom. In the corner of the room, you’ll find a quiet, enclosed workspace, equipped with a monitor and printer. Just shut the door when you need to focus on work.

Choose the 1st-floor Parrot Bedroom for the ultimate tropical vacation vibe. In this wheelchair-friendly room, a king-sized bed waits for you to rest your head after a long day at the theme parks, and a private adjacent bathroom.

On the 2nd floor, you’ll find a total of six themed bedrooms that the whole family will love.

A soothing pastel-themed king suite is the ideal sanctuary to unwind during your vacation. With a private full bathroom, it’s the perfect vacation oasis.

A brightly colored king suite shares a Jack n’ Jill bathroom with the Cars-themed bedroom. The amazing Cars bedroom features two twin car beds and a flat-screen TV. It’s the ideal room set-up for parents with little ones. You’ll be able to hear the kids playing with the amazing lights and racing car sounds on their beds, probably way beyond bedtime!

Encanto fans will be enchanted by the gorgeous Encanto-themed bedroom. With a full-over-full bunk bed, comfy bean bag chair, and lots of delightful nods to the movie, you’ll love exploring this brightly colored room. The Encanto room shares a Jack n’ Jill bathroom with the Pirate bedroom. Little ones will be delighted by the light-up clouds and stunning ship-themed twin bed (complete with an extra pull-out trundle). Both bedrooms have a flat-screen TVs.

Last but not least, you’ll find the “Queen of Hearts” bedroom. Lovingly themed around Alice in Wonderland, you’ll find a twin-over-full bunk bed, an extra pull-out trundle, and a flat-screen TV. A private ensuite bathroom means that guests will have their own space to get ready each day.

For those traveling with little ones, we offer 2 Pack n’ Plays, 1 high chair, 1 tension stair gate, and 2 strollers at no additional cost.

If you find yourself needing some flexibility in the sleeping arrangements, there’s an additional queen-sized sofa sleeper in the first-floor living room.

No Security Deposit!
In lieu of a security deposit, all our reservations are covered with accidental insurance so you can relax and enjoy your vacation. Our Accidental Damage Insurance is included in your reservation (does not cover violations of house rules), and it will appear as “Management” when you check out. You do NOT need to pay for the additional damage waiver that VRBO offers you at check out.

Check-In
Check-in is at 4:00pm and check-out is at 10:00am. We do offer either early check-in or late check-out, or both! However, please note this option is only available if we don't have same day check-in as we require enough time between reservations to clean the home to our professional standards. Please send the requests well in advance so that we can coordinate in advance with our cleaning crew.

Pool Heat / Propane
The cost of base level Pool Heat (per listing details) and full Propane tank(s) is included in your reservation.
A baseline of setting of Pool Heat – set to 80 degrees in the summer (May – Sep), and 85 degrees in the winter (Sep – Apr) is included in your reservation. The Heat Pump Runs from 6AM – 12AM). During the winter, to maintain a more moderate pool temperature at all times, it requires a higher temperature (typically 90 degrees) and the pump to run 24 HRS a day during your stay. If this sounds like a better option for you, we can provide this service at an additional cost of $25 / Day. Please let our team know at least 24 HRS in advance, as it can take that amount of time to heat the pool with cooler outdoor temperatures.
If you need additional propane beyond the full tank + back up provided, that would be at your own cost.

We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We're only a phone call/message away if any issues arise – we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. You will be able to self check in upon arrival.
