(192) and Formosa Gardens, less then 1.5 miles away. Walmart is off Livingston Road and Old Wilson Lake Road, also about 1.5 miles away.

Our villa has 1,800 sq. ft. of living space, including 2 en-suites, with lots of closet space, each with its own private bathroom for added privacy.

Brand new high comfort-luxury King and Queen Gel Memory-Form Mattresses, are sure to deliver an amazing, cool and restful night's sleep after a busy day at the parks. The property also includes laundry room with with a full-size washer and dryer, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and all the essential appliances, including coffee maker, blender, toaster, etc. There are lots of extra towels located in the secluded closet behind the Minion Bathroom door.

New decor encompassing warm sunny beach and cabin themes, with enticed relaxing decor that will provide an amazing retreat from reality. We recently purchased this vacation home from a couple that had it for several years . Our first few guests have already enjoyed an amazing stay. We listen to our guests suggestions and recently upgraded the pool, with resurfacing and fresh paint. We want you to have an excellent experience and are interested in your feedback.

The master bedroom has a new luxurious king size bed and decor, with a private entrance to the pool area with a full bath, complete with separate soaking tub and shower, for added relaxation and privacy. Suite 2 has a new luxury queen size bed and decor and its own newly decorated full bath. The Minion themed third bathroom, shares bedrooms 3 and 4. This bathroom has a secluded linen closet behind the main door, which hosts lots of extra towels for your stay. Bedroom 3 also has a new luxury queen size bed, with updated decor and comforters. Bedroom 4 is a Mickey/Minnie Themed room, with two twin beds with new comforters for the kids.

The garage has also been turned into a game room for further enjoyment.

Our villa is beautifully and tastefully decorated with quality linens and the latest electronics.

Other amenities and luxuries include flat screen TV's throughout the home, with a 50-inch flat screen in the living room: Video gaming system and DVD library, security system, game room, board games, with Hi-Speed Internet and free WiFi.

The extended south-facing pool and spa is totally fenced in. The rest of the yard, is secluded for complete privacy for you and your family to enjoy. The partially covered lanai provides adequate shade while the south facing pool and deck provides optimal sun for the avid sun bather. All outdoor furniture coverings are brand new. A grill is available upon request for an additional small fee of $10.00 a day.

There is no shortage of fun in close proximity to this home and the location cannot be beat. Away from congestion, traffic and lines. The Disney Entrance is just 4 miles away and less then 25 minutes from Universal. There is no-outlet in our sub, so there is no unnecessary traffic making it incredibly private. There is no gate code to remember, no line up to get through a gate or chance the code won't work. Walmart is located near the corner of Livingston Road and Old Wilson Lake Road, 1.5 miles away. Red Lobster, Buffalo Wild Wings, Fridays and Outback are all less then 1.5 miles from our home, on Formosa Gardens Road, near Irlo Bronson Hwy. US-192 is also jam packed with activities to do in both directions of our home. Take a day trip to Tampa or Clearwater Beach, which was just rated the best beach in America. It is 77 miles to the west on the Gulf side. In addition, Cape Canaveral (NASA) is only 61 miles away to the east on the east coast on the Atlantic Ocean. There is so much to do, that your possibilities are endless. However, in a home rental you get to dictate your own schedule and your own pace. No lines for breakfast or coffee. Enjoy family bonding time by having the opportunity to cook together while on vacation.
