The gorgeous kitchen is fully stocked - whether you want to bring in food from one of the many local restaurants or cook your meals at home. A grill with propane provided is included with your stay as well. If you do enjoy cooking at home, note that there is an electric griddle, an Instant Pot, and a hand mixer, in addition to the standard toaster and microwave. There is also a Mickey Mouse waffle iron so you can start your day out with a bit of Disney magic!
Kids will love the Toy Story (2 twin beds), Aladdin/Princess (2 twin beds), and Avengers (2 double beds) themed bedrooms. The King bedrooms have tasteful theming for the "kids at heart" as well - though the vibrant Mandalorian king room will be a favorite with it's elevated theming! The entire house has been remodeled and decorated with all new furniture and fixtures. This is a beautiful and comfortable home with multiple places to gather together - or to spend some quiet downtime.

All major systems have been replaced, so you can count on a clean and fresh home where everything works as expected. New AC, new roof, new appliances, new pool equipment, and newly resurfaced pool all contribute to your hassle-free vacation. There is even a whole house water filtration and softening system -- so the water is fresh and clean tasting and free of Florida's typical hard water. No bottled water needed here! A professional WiFi system is installed, ensuring that each of the 9 brand new Smart TVs, as well as your personal devices, will stream the content you want! There are also two brand new LG Washtower systems so you have two washers and two dryers -- so no need to overpack! All linens, towels, and pool towels are provided. As with most private home rentals, guests are expected to provide paper products, personal care products, and other expendable items. To give our guests plenty of time to get what they need, we do provide a generous amount of starter items: toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, laundry detergent and dryer sheets.

There are 70" Smart TVs in the living room and ground floor primary suite. The game room has a huge 86" Smart TV. There are 55" Smart TVs in the 3 upstairs King bedrooms, and 35" Smart TVs in the 3 other bedrooms. You can use the cable TV available on all TVs or watch using your favorite streaming app! There is also a large TV on the lanai with cable and a Fire TV Stick.

The lanai/outdoor area is second to none! Extremely spacious, with both covered and uncovered areas, everyone will love spending time in this great space! There is seating to accommodate everyone in the house! Several lounge chairs are available, as well as a sectional sofa, a conversation set, and a dining table with seating for 10-12. Fun lighting and ceiling fans ensure that day or night you can enjoy this screened-in oasis. The pool and spa heat are included in your rental, so no need to worry about adding it at a cost or waiting for the pool to warm up after your arrival! Bring your favorite pool floats and step right in. (We provide an electric pump!)

There is a fantastic family game room too! Video games, air hockey, and a seating area with a 70" Smart TV will provide plenty of indoor fun!

Area Information

Best Disney Location! Our home is located minutes from the parks and is one of the closest resorts you will find. The Emerald Island Resort is established, and it has lush landscaping throughout the meandering streets. As an established resort, there is more space for the home, but also more space between homes and much more green space than newer resorts. There is a clubhouse with a tiki bar, pool, and gym for the times you are looking for a bit more of a resort feel. Other resort amenities include playgrounds, mini golf, tennis, pickleball, and volleyball. There are also rental bikes available. Many people enjoy simply walking around the neighborhood and the Nature Walk on site. The guard-gated entry provides privacy and safety throughout the resort.
