Our beautiful 3000sq 5 Bed, 4 Bathroom home is located on a generous corner plot. With a south facing Pool and stunning views over the second tee of the Arnold Palmer Golf Course on Reunion Resort
The open plan living area is comfortably furnished and has a wood look tiled floor. French doors open onto the rear furnished covered porch.
Tiled Floor/Plank Flooring throughout the ground floor
The kitchen has granite work tops, stainless steel appliances along with a comfortable dining table and bar stools.
On the ground floor is the Queen bedroom with closet and Tv.
Bathroom 3. Tub with Shower over, toilet, vanity sink, door to pool.
Their is games room with air hockey and foosball table and dart board

Master Bedroom
The oversize master bedroom is tastefully furnished. It has a king size canopy bed with side tables. There is a large screen tv above the dresser. Doors to the balcony with outstanding views. Watch the golfers tee off.
The en-suite bathroom has twin vanity units, walk in shower, jetted tub, toilet. and a large walk in closet
It has a full width furnished and tiled balcony.
Their is also a full size bedroom with 2 closets and tv, along with another bedroom with twin beds, closet and tv.
These 2 bedrooms share a family bathroom which has bath with shower over, vanity sink and toilet.
The upstairs laundry room has a full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.
The courtyard pool (optional fenced with gate) has an attached spa.
It has an extended decking area with sun loungers, large rocking chairs a tiki bar with bar stools and new from March 2025 a poolside sectional sofa, table, bench and table seats 9
Included within the rental is a one bedroom Guest Suite, ideally used for extended family or for additional privacy.
The guest suite is accessed via a separate door within the pool area and has a hallway and an enclosed staircase taking you above the garage.
It comprises of:-
Bedroom with king size canopy bed and walk in closet The separate living area has a sofa, 2 comfortable lounge chairs along with a table and 4 chairs and a Flat screen TV
The Kitchenette has an under counter fridge, microwave, kettle, and storage cupboards and sink.

Suzi R.Excitement Place at Christmas time was Incredible!
Knowing at the beginning of 2024 that we were going to take a family vacation to Disney World with all of our children and grandchildren over the Christmas 2024 Holiday, we would need accommodations for all 10 of us. We were ecstatic that the Excutive Home at Excitement Place was avaible for the 11 days we were planning on being in Florida. The home was exquisitely decorated and stocked for our visit with all of the amenities that you would desire in a home. Some of our favorite amenities: 1)The guest quarters over the garage, separte of the main home 2) The walled pool between the main home and guest suite 3) The large upstairs master suite with beautiful balcony that over looked the golf course. 4) The pantry area that was stocked with large serving platters, cookware, and other appliances 5) The wonderful location and proximity to all of the Disney Parks, even during the crowded Christmas Season. I could go on and on about this property as a prime location destination for lodging needs. Booking was simple and the property owners and location manager were wonderfully accomodating. If you are traveling to the area with a group of folks, check to see if this property is available for your visit. It is truly a remarkable property and we had a wonderful Christmas vacation.

Spacious, well equipped home in an amazing golf resort. Master suite was stunning with huge bathroom and balcony overlooking the second tee. Very well situated for Disney and Universal studios. Nice pool area with comfortable seating and sun beds. Plenty of shops, restaurants and fast food outlets outside the resort, some in walking distance from the villa. Owners very friendly and communicative, including setting up a WhatsApp chat facility if you needed to ask any questions prior and during visit. Hotel on resort worth a visit, with a great rooftop bar with DJ on Friday evening’s and a distant view of Disney and Epcot fireworks. Thank you Jackie and Vicky, a holiday we will remember forever x

We booked the Excitement Place villa for a long awaited family reunion and it was perfect for our party of 10. The grandparents bagged the separate suite above the garage and the rest were totally comfortable in the main house. Fully equipped with everything we needed, including a bbq, this spacious villa does not disappoint. Situated in one of the more classy areas of the enormous Reunion gated resort, it is handy for the Cove pool ( included) and the water park ( payable) which supplement the small pool at the villa which was perfect for the kids. Disney is close by as is the Interstate 4 for access to the other parks. All in all a perfect base in Orlando.

We really enjoyed our stay! Beautiful resort great location off the 2nd Tee! The pool and spa was nice and refreshing after long days at WDW. Spacious house with plenty of room, very clean and nice with a separate guest house! The owners Vicky and Melvin were very generous and easy to work with!
