Windsor at Westside has community-wide rules for gate access, parking, and clubhouse use, while individual owners set their own rental policies, including pet restrictions. When you book directly with the owner, confirm your check-in instructions and keep a copy of your booking confirmation handy for arrival.
Windsor at Westside, Windsor Hills, and Windsor Palms are three different resorts, each with its own association, gates, and clubhouse. The names are easy to mix up in a search, so check the community on a listing before you book.
Present your booking confirmation showing the rental address and stay dates, along with a valid driver's license. The guardhouse issues a proxy card for clubhouse access. Guest entrances are located on Tripoli Court, Lima Avenue, and Sydney Avenue; your rental's street determines which gate to use.
Windsor at Westside limits the number of vehicles based on home size, and guest passes count toward that total. Extra vehicles may be denied entry and must park off-site. RVs, boats, trailers, campers, and commercial vehicles are also prohibited.
The clubhouse and pool deck don't permit outside food or beverages, including coolers. Plan meals at your vacation home or purchase food and drinks from Tu Casa Bar & Lounge while using the pool facilities.
Windsor at Westside, Solara, and Windsor Island all have homes big enough for a reunion, while most homes listed at Windsor Hills and Windsor Palms max out at six bedrooms. The two smaller resorts are also a quicker commute to Magic Kingdom.
