Some wonder what makes your Disney vacation memorable? Look no further, we can ensure you have the best vacation in Central Florida. We have owned a vacation rental property in the Disney area for over 14 years. We know what it takes.

Our home has been meticulously designed. We have thoughtfully planned our main floor to make it ADA wheelchair accessible. Our main floor will be your accessible luxury oasis. Doors are all zero-entry, the arcade game in the games room is cocktail style, which is perfect for wheelchair users, the shower on the main floor has grab bars installed, a roll-in shower with a handheld shower head, a toilet situated with plenty of access on either side, and lastly, our most exciting feature is a private pool lift. Yayy!! It is every accessible person's ideal luxury accommodation. We look forward to sharing it with all of you.

One of our most used areas of the house is the lanai and pool area. Sharing it with our guests gives us great pride. The lanai is equipped with everything you need to spend a relaxing day around the pool. Fire pit table when the sun goes down and the air gets a little chilly. A television in the lanai for watchin your favourite movie under the stars. Did we mention our lanai is equipped with Florida Glass for privacy and sound reduction. There is loungers, a childrens picnic table, a bar height table and chairs, plus plenty of seating for all house guests. All doors are equipped with a pool alarm to keep all the littles safe. Also available upon request is a fence for the pool area. It is our committment to your childrens safety. And of course our pool area has a lift that will put you into the spa or the pool. It is ideal for those with mobility issues and we are thrilled to share this with our guests who do not always get a chance to swim and enjoy quality time with their families.

Your adventure begins at this tremendous 8-bedroom villa. We are exicited to share our games with you. Mario themed we have designed it to be both fun and relaxing. It is a popular place to wind down after a busy day at the parks. Air hockey table, foosball, arcade game with all the classic games, and comfy relaxing chairs. There is even a tent and the cutest little table and chairs for those little guests.

Our home is equipped with 8 bedrooms, 2 on the main floor and 6 on the second floor. With over 4000 sq ft of livable space there is plenty of room for all our guests. 3 king bedrooms and 3 queen bedrooms all tastefully decorated to ensure you are comfortable and relaxed. Our twin bedroom is themed for all those little princesses, Frozen themed it has been color drenched pink to ensure the pops of blue "Frozen" decor pop out. Our Mario themed room with a double bed is perfect for boys and girls of all ages. It is equipped with life sized murals, cozy chair and bed, night lights, and a smart television to snuggle up and watch a movie.

Our main living area upstairs is camping themed and is equipped with a 75" smart television and it will make you feel as though you are in the wilderness camping and relaxing with your favourite people. Dim the lights turn on the lanterns, make some popcorn and turn on your favourite series and enjoy unwinding and relaxing. Our upstairs is equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, sink and cupboards for storing your favourite drinks and snacks.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with all you need. Stainless steel appliances, air fryer, keurig, blender, pots and pans, baking ware, and kitchen ware. You can comfortably prepare meals and snacks for you and your family during your stay.

Area Information

Windsor at Westside was hands down the community we choose to own our next Florida property in. The clubhouse is amazing, you will love the amenities. Beach entry pool, lazy river, waterslide, splash area, restaurant and bar, fitness centre, gift shop, beach volleyball courts, 10,00 sq ft clubhouse with a free games room. Their slogan "Where Comfort Meets Fun in the Heart of Orlando".

Central Florida is experiencing a high volume of traffic from a surge in new residents and expansive property development. Traffic can be a nightmare. Windsor at Westside is located off of Hwy 27 on Sand Mine Road, nestled back in an area that is free from interstate traffic and the bustle of amusment park visitors. There is very easy access to all the major highways and thorough fares without worrying about the long traffic lines.

Accessibility!! We spent over 3 months renovating and upgrading our home to make it accessible for all guests and especially those with mobility issues. Trent is a wheelchair user. He has had a spinal cord injury for 13 years. We decided we wanted to create accomodation that was accessible. We have stayed in places that have advertised that they were accessible only to get there and find that it was not truly accessible. Our doors are zero entry, no steps on the main floor to worry about. Our master bath on the main floor has an accessible vanity and sink, roll in shower with grab bars and a hand held shower, and we repositioned the toilet so there is room on both sides and it is equipped with a grab bar as well. We are very excited to offer a private pool lift! A lift that will put you in either the spa or pool, it is truly one of a kind.
